Went to buy a game and they told me my pro membership was up. I asked how much it was to renew and the cashier told me it was $11 and change. Turns out it was actually $15. On top of that, i found out that i had money in trade credit in my account the next day. I dont know what their policy is but i find it very disheartening for them to not mention that to me when i was checking out.
