DECEPTIVE MARKETING, PRICE MANIPULATION. Not sure if this store is impacted, but probably so, as it appears to be result of upper management directive. RadioShack 281/Bitters going out of business sale is a scam. They manipulated the prices so that at 70% off you still pay double market (even local) rates. Offers buy one get one on a bunch of stuff if you buy right then. Hand writes on the receipt that you can not return anything because its part of their going out of business sale.. but that is false - they are not impacted by the bankruptcy. Manager is on audiotape saying he is just doing all of the going out of business stuff to move more inventory since he is getting some from stores that are closing. Only seems to impact what they consider to be higher ticket items like otter boxes, drones, etc. When I asked the on-site manager what was going on, he already had words lined up. Buyer beware but just an FYI at the deceptive marketing.

Its hit or miss. There used to be a really knowledge guy there back in 2011 till like 2013 who actually knew what he was taking about. Other than that its ok for hard to find parts and batteries.

The sales people dont know the products. We have had problems several times. Highly suggest you go to another store for cell phones or other electronic products.

The staff was nice and attentive, I got what I needed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. Will definitely go back to this location in the future!
