BUYER BEWARE! First off the service with Sprint is not even half of what the AT&T service is (Do Not Switch). They make you think you can save money until they screw you. I walked in to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone like they promised I would get to do (also a lie, four months later I still dont have it. )The district manager of this store told me that they have a new plan that would cost me no more and get me a lot more benefits. She gave me a free tablet and a free hotspot in which she said that the coverage would be free. Short story, It was not! She lied to me and got me to sign a contract as well. She has been avoiding me and avoiding fixing the issue. I will be filing with the BBB on this one. I really feel like I should have called the cops.

The manager of the store knew less about cell phones than I did but still more than the other employee. It appears this store is only for sales and giving advice to people who know close to nothing about cellular service. I expect employees to at least have enough knowledge and experience to answer questions without searching the internet for possible responses. They do have a great sales game but extremely little knowledge of the products other than to put on a show long enough to trap people in a sales contract. I feel for the people that have to rely on this store for assistance.

I came in here a few weeks ago and Brooke and Mandy were there. i just wanted to buy a case for my iPhone, but they were really helpful. they showed me what case would be good for my lifestyle after they asked me a few questions about where i work and what i like to do for fun, they really seemed like they cared about my needs and Im still really happy with my purchase. Ive already recommended this store to my friends and family, those girls are great!

I went into the Boerne Sprint Store to activate a new phone. The staff was helpful and polite in answering all of my questions. They were also very helpful in teaching me about technology I can use to help with managing my business. The overall experience was efficient and pleasant and I will definitely go back. Contrary to Ms. Barretts experience, I had a very good experience at the Boerne Sprint Store. I didnt even purchase my phone there, and Tyler helped me put in a SD card at no cost, and even transferred my pictures to the card, all at no charge. I will definitely take my business to them in the future.

Salespersons were nice but they sell you lies, lies, lies. Only with them for three days and switched back to AT&T. Now I get to go return everything and get into arguments. Do not switch, I now know I shouldnt have.
