Dear Owner , Hello and good day to you. I write this review because I have had it with this store. This store needs a serious lesson and make over in the Customer Service Department. You have a good thing going at this store as far as layout of store, stocked shelves, location. But Customer service from your employees is horrible, I might as well be the invisible man when shopping in your store. I shopped your store on 01/12/2015 04:00 pm, I walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged, I continued to shop and counted a total of 5 employees working the floor and only 1 was with a customer. I was passed by 2 employees three times and not once was I asked if I can be helped or if I am finding every thing I needed. I searched for the product my self tell I did not see it on the shelf. I approached the counter to ask for assistance and was told to "hold on" , once your employee was free he approaches me with an attitude like I am bothering him or I am stupid for asking him questions on a certain product. I get more enthusiasm asking what comes with the #4 combo at Taco Bell. I am an owner of a retail store my self, Employees should be taught to understand the needs of the customer so they can better direct/assist them to the best product for them. I was needing a sd card read to transfer picture to my computer and was willing to spend up to a $100 on supplies. Instead I was just pointed to the isle and said here you go. You guy could have said that $6.00 dollar part is good but I have this other one that can do this and that , its a little more like $25.00 but your getting a better product. instead $6.00 is all I spent. I highly recommend you offer a book to all your employees by The name of QBQ (The question behind the question) It has done amazing things for my company. I would like this review not to be taken as a angry customer complaint, but as professional criticism to help you thrive and prosper. To make PC outlet a world class company and open 8 more of them. Good luck to you and I hope you have a fantastic day .

Junk. Ive purchased several items and they have all ceased to function. I first bought an over priced laptop, that worked albeit crappy for 30 days. The sales guy said it was awesome & that he even had one. It just stopped working so took it back. They said no refunds or exchanges but all it needs to work is to reinstall software. This cost me another $75. Only to crap out again a month later. Took it back to try and sell it and they offered $20. I now have a $400 paper weight. In between the months of struggle with the laptop, my son saw a Bluetooth speaker. Hed been wanting one and this one boasted many features and looked new and was in a box. It was $40. We bought it and it worked for a while. first, a month after we buy it the lights stopped working then the following month whole thing just stopped working. This speaker lasted about 2months before it died. It was sitting in the same spot to play music and was never moved or dropped. Well like dummies we buy a wireless router we really needed and the price was decent. So we buy it and it it was not working so we take it back to the store as its only been two days. The guy that helped me was rude and kept cutting me off when I was speaking. He wouldnt let me get a word in. He was very condescending too. So after exchanging the router I bought for another one it works for six months before it goes out too. It too was never moved or damaged. This place just sells junk and they rip you off at every turn. Buyer be very aware when buying anything at this place. Make sure you know this places policies before making a purchase. This place is super shady and has awful service. Never ever will I come back here or recommend this place.

I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service of Brandon at the 410 location. On my first visit to PC Outlet, he helped me with the purchase of a keyboard. While he was ringing up my purchase, I mentioned problems I was having with re-establishing a dual-monitor setup I had been using involving my laptop and a remote monitor. For some unknown reason the remote monitor stopped working in tandem with my laptop. Thinking my laptop had malfunctioned, I was prepared to leave it with a computer repair shop for two or three days. Brandon told me to bring in my laptop and he would take a look at it. On my return visit to PC Outlet, I showed Brandon my laptop. He connected it to a remote monitor and, after making some adjustments on my laptop, was able to re-create a dual-monitor setup -- proving that it was not a laptop malfunction. He patiently showed me how to do the setup on my own so I could duplicate his actions when I returned home. Upon returning home, I was able to successfully re-establish the dual-monitor setup. He also told me that the Nvidia graphics card in my laptop had a tendency to overheat and, in some cases, separate from its connection inside the computer -- which, if this happened, would prevent the dual-monitor setup. He recommended I purchase a Notebook Cooler Pad to keep the Nvidia graphics card cooler and prevent a possible breakdown. Thanks to Brandon, I saved money AND avoided the loss of time taking my laptop to a repair shop. He was most helpful and courteous, and displayed a genuine interest in addressing my computer problems. Hes given me plenty of reasons to be a customer for life!

I went in yesterday when one of the raid dives in my CT Scanners RCU failed, I had called around looking for a replacement with exact specs and was having difficulty locating one, when i remembered swinging by this location in the past. Not only did they have a number of options they had the exact model i was looking for. I ended up attempting to swap the drives myself as a technician could not be available on such sort notice (and our CT Scanner is a major component in our operation). At this point the power supply went ahead and died on me as well. So i had to make a second trip. This time i brought the whole unit in and Robert helped me get it back up and working. this was a major relief as i thought i might have damaged it beyond repair while attempting to fix it. So i want to say thank you to Robert as he went above and beyond the call of duty to not only help resolve my issue but also to answer all my questions as well. This is a great business which provides a valuable service to people not just looking to buy a whole new device but also those who need help maintaining existing devices as well. Keep up the good work! :) The people who directly interact with customer are the face of your business and the crew at this location are a shining example of good customer service. they display a will to help those who enter looking for solutions and your business provides a platform to make those solutions possible at an affordable price. Thank you Robert and team! :)
