I have been remodeling a home for several months now and purchased a new Kenmore dishwasher to install when I had completed the kitchen. I went to open the packaging today to install the dishwasher and it is missing the top mounting brackets, the side mounting brackets and the mounting screws. I stop by the Sears store here in Kearney and asked if they had any replacement brackets and they told me NO. I told them my story and asked if they had any dishwashers that I could get the brackets from as it appears that someone tore open my packaging in order to swipe the ones from my dishwasher previously. They told me NO. I asked them if they could get me some and they told me that I could go to a local repair shop on Monday and BUY them and I asked why would I need to buy them, they short changed me and they told me that 30 days had gone buy and they couldnt do anything. The representative was so snotty and so rude, he seemed to take pleasure in displeasing me with his every answer. I wonder if he knows just how close he was to eating thru a STRAW for 6 weeks? Its no wonder Sears is going belly up, this kind of customer service explains a lot. Ill go to Garrets or Menards for appliances from this point forward. These guys are a flippin joke.
