I have rented from RAC Kearney for the past 4 years and have paid off 2 game systems , a t.v. and a laptop. I was currently renting a laptop for my daughter when the screen cracked and they sent it off to be fixed and was going to charge me for the repair, I agreed to that and I had made the payment for the 2weeks that she would be without it and they gave me a loaner . The loaner wouldnt hold a charge and was saying the power cable was wrong, so my daughter was without a computer for 12 days and she really needed it for her college classes. We had ran short on cash and I asked Dave if he could work with me on it seeing as my daughter had to go without and I was told that " he would be willing to give me 2 weeks free after I paid for the screen that she broke" "and I needed to bring a payment in today." They have always worked with me in the past and his attitude was very rude over the phone , so I said that they could have the computer back and RAC has lost a longtime customer due to that.
