Ordered once in 2011 and had had an OK experience even though the service was sub-par on the phone. They are always willing to book an order but much less helpful when the product hasnt arrived or doesnt work as expected. This time, I ordered and received a player that was missing a number of features listed. Upon calling, they offered me to return the player and send me a new one (that was in November). They claim they have never received it and cannot track it unless I provide a tracking number. When I called them again at 4:25PT today, they said they were closing asking me to call AGAIN tomorrow. I have had it with these $%^%#%!

Ordered before which had some hassles, but they were eventually resolved and the item arrived and worked as described. Tried ordering a new item and have had issues with their website....taken multiple complaints with zero response, but appears they have fixed the issues.....wouldve been nice to just notify that the issue was resolved. It appears their comms related to non-product specific enquiries are poor. Also had queries about one of their products and they suggested I contact the vendor directly....look like they can only read the information supplied on the site, additional information is unknown by them.
