This Jeff guy was so helpful, welcoming and overall helped me get what I wanted by all means necessary!!! But of course to get the sell, once it was in my hand, I havent even had it for 2 weeks when my payment was due and I was in training where we are not allowed to have cellphones, by time I get back to him, he tells me they couldnt accept my payment and Im scheduled for a repo. Horrible, its sad that we do t have a job like him where he probably sees a handful of customers a day and has a lot of spare. I will never ever step foot in a rent a center. I should have listen to all the bad reviews.

The manager is rude and hard to deal with. Very unprofessional. I have done business with rent a center in other cities and states and have never been talked to so rudely by someone my sons age. I dont recommend this store to anyone.

Rent a center is an awesome place to rent the stuff you need at. Just as long as your on time with your half the employee there will seek that you have what you need and want even if its special ordered.
