Friendly staff until you ask them to do a Craftsman tool exchange under the lifetime warranty. The gal I talked to was nice and polite enough, but I could tell that she did not want to place the order for the replacement (They did not have my size of socket in stock) so she every now and then asked me if I wouldnt just pick one of the sockets off the shelf and call it good? Um, no, I need this size of socket and you dont have one, so order it... Anyway, she finally ordered it and did NOT call me when it came in like she said she would, so when I called a week later they were just about to send it back "because it hadnt been claimed". Different girl from the first one, but Im sure glad I checked on it!
