I live out of town in Raton N.M a very small town had to drive to game stop just to pick up the NES classic edition. But come to find out they opend an hour early on there website it had said 10:00 a.m so I drove over an hour just for the sails men to tell me they sold out okay i understand thats fine. But what really made me mad was the fact that they opend an hour early.so I dove for nothing and could have went some where els. Thanks game stop you jusy lost a loyal customer.

Love the new management. Used to work there about 8 years ago. The manager back then was a complete and total ass. Who would talk down to customers. Now that he is gone and there is a new manager there its way better. Have made it my home store and will continue to keep going back. Good job Nick and Matt for changing the store for the better. Keep up the amazing work and you will ALWAYS have my Fiance Alyssa, my familys, and my business. 5 stars all the way!!!!

The place is always clean and organized, the crew friendly and helpful, and a good selection of games. Edit: Trade promotions are the best time to part with your stuff- I traded a bunch of retro game boy and game boy advance games and got 730 bucks! Paid off all my pre-orders for the year. I also just found out they took nfc payments like Samsung and Apple Pay! Sweet!

Great Management and Awesome Customer service....The workers here are the reason I continue to make physical purchases from this location for the last 5 years rather than downloading it straight to my system. I dont want a place as fun, knowledgeable, and caring to ever disappear.

Ive never had a problem at this store. Always had great customer service. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The very few times Ive had an issue with any product they have gotten it fixed in a very timely manner. Its a great store with an awesome staff.

AVOID THIS STORE!! They have no quality check on their used systems and I have first hand knowledge with how quick they are to lie to your face when they dont know what they are talking about. lazy managers that care nothing.
