Ive been argued with at the store. I have been talked to in a very condescending manner, and had been given the run around on one occasion, and just now I was hung up on. Sometimes it has been an alright experience, but mostly I just go here so I dont have to walk through walmart.

ive been to game stop a lot,but this one sucks,sales reps dont know how to do anything,no returns,or even what their own policies are! i will rather order stuff online then going back to that store,or just go to walmart,its right there,they know what theyre talking about.

Manager was very rude. I got a quote online for my phone but the manager said the screen was to cracked this place is a joke. They have the wrong person in charge he should be in the back and not dealing with people being that rude. Just Saying.

Pretty cool, I went here while visiting my dad and snagged some clearance items for a great price. The guy behind the counter with a beard was laid back, chill dude. And for it being negative 10 outside, that shop felt like pizza in an oven (:
