Ordering the chairs was a great experience. The sales guy was helpful and got us exactly what we wanted. Following that, We didnt hear from them for a month, which was longer than the delivery we were advised. Wrote an email asking about either delivery or refund, was provided info for refund bc theyre on backorder. When a delivery date was scheduled a month later they called and cancelled two days prior. When the rescheduled delivery date came around (window: 11-3) they got here at four with no notice, were incredibly slow, banged up the walls and had no idea how to put the chairs together. Great chairs- everything else was just a total PITA. I wouldnt be comfortable recommending this company.

Excellent selection of chairs. Showroom had every type imaginable from wide price range. Salesman not at all pushy but available to answer questions and look at options, delivery dates etc. Loved being able to choose from so many (at least 50 different types) since comfort of chair is so important. Couldnt imagine buying sight-unseen because ones I thought looked constable were not always good!

I would not recommend purchasing seats from this company. We purchased our theater seats in 2013, they look absolutely horrible. All of the paint is coming off of the leather. For $4000 I do not expect the need to replace them every several years. Especially for the fact that they normally only get used 1 to 2 times per month, and we do not have small children or pets.

Visited this showroom recently. Wow, biggest showroom of home movie seats Ive ever seen! Definitely didnt expect that. Had a great experience with a sales guy who was very informative. Ended up purchasing a set of Seatcraft Prestige seats in black. Delivery was a breeze. Delivery guys were professional and now I get to enjoy this wonderful furniture!
