Excellent professional customer service!!! Store is very clean and organized and smells amazing!!!! I was greeted and welcomed by the staff on shift. Sales Associate Trey Smith very professional and kind,answering all my questions and concerns and showing great support to resolve issues. Store Manager Tracy Harlow Morris provided me with the most excellent customer service I have ever received from a sprint Store. Kudos to her she took the time to hear my concerns and asked questions to fully resolve my issues. I was very pleased with all the efforts she put into helping me resolve my issues with Sprint Customer Care, words cant explain how thankful and blessed I am to have her help me. I would definitely recommend anyone to come by this store location to receive the most professional and kind services with big smiles and open arms waiting to help you. And give you the best services and options if you decide to get Sprint services. We need more people like Trey Smith and Tracy Harlow Morris they are the best example of great Customer Service,Excellent professionalism and Outstanding Service!!!!!!

they told me that I have 14 days to change my mind about the iphone 7, service contract, and phone case. told me to bring everything back for a refund if I needed to. I thought they would hold up to their word. I did indeed decide to change my mind about the phone. I went to go return everything and they told me the they told me I had to keep the case because its 3 days for accessories. yes, that is on paper but the words "bring everything back if you change your mind" is what he used. now Im stuck trying to sell this 40 dollar phone case myself on different websites because they wouldnt hold up to their word

Blake was absolutely amazing both times I came in with questions regarding my phone and tablet. He was professional and patient in attending to concerns I had, as my devices were not connecting properly and would not allow me to use certain apps. Blake was expeditious in his assessment of my issues and graciously took the time to ensure I understood how to troubleshoot the problem should it occur again. Very helpful and out going associates. Trey and Andre took the time go over my monthly statement with me. They saved me 95$ a month. Sometimes we get caught up with just sending the payment, that we neglect to actually see what we are getting charged for. If you need to stop by the Sprint store, use the one on FM 3009, you wont be disappointed.

This store is outstanding. After visiting the main store in the Forum, we were ready to drop Sprint. Trey and his associate were fabulous. They know the meaning of customer service. Went in the first day and it was packed. Went back the second day and worked with Brent. Although this was our first iPhone, Brent took the time to carefully set up the account, explain how it worked, and gave us tips on using the new phone. He was great to work with. Highly recommend him if you get the chance.

BEST Experience Ive ever had!!! Greg and Blake answered every question I had!! They were so patient with us, and made sure we knew what our bill was inside and out. Blake was incredibly consistent In making sure everything was what it should be. Definitely recommended everyone to come check them out:)
