This store is awful. Go to another ATT store, because this one apparently doesnt want to be one. I waited for an hour (no one acknowledged me, NO one asked me what I would need), needing to swap out my Note 7. I finally get to the front of the line (after they almost skipped me for someone that just walked in the door. Glad they were paying attention..), and get told that I CANT swap it out there, because I bought it on ATT Online...WHAT? They told me I needed to go to another ATT store miles away. YOURE supposed to be an AUTHORIZED RETAILER. Why would you try to send me to another authorized retailer that can supposedly do it. First, ASK why the customer is there. That could have saved the HOUR. These guys knew people were waiting, and ignored them in favor of dragging out attempts to upsell customers they were already working with. Second, either that guy was lying (maybe not enough commission in swapping out the Note 7s?), or the people that made the policy for this store are idiots. I suspect its the former. Because I dont know how an ATT store wont take back an ATT purchased product. To the owner of your store, get control of your people. Seems to me theyre far more concerned about earning commissions than making customers happy. At least 3 other people walked out in disgust within that hour I was waiting. Your associate just essentially booted me out, because I didnt have "one of 3 Note 7s sold by our store"....baloney. Youre either an ATT store, or youre not. Waste of a Saturday.

Extremely frustrated with this store and apparently its "main" staff. I have visited three times and will not be returning. First visit I mainly had questions about adding another line. Salesman basically rushed answers and was very obvious on trying to sell me a phone from store. Not very concerned that I am a 12 year ATT customer and was purchasing phone, much cheaper, from an outside source. Second visit I had to wait for close to 30 mins, while Im watching two associates help one customer. Who was the only other customer besides myself in store. Then when I was finally helped, after staff argued about who not doing anything and was going to help me, the staff started taking about what parties they were going to after work.. Hello, I am right in the middle of trying to add a line and have a SIM card changed out. Third visit, I walk in and watched two customers helped, who walked in after I had, and wasnt helped for close to an hour. I wanted to purchase a screen protector and have it put on phone. I also had two screen protectors that I had purchased, not from this store, but asked if they would put them on my other two ATT serviced phones I had. I was told no, even though in an earlier visit the same associate had told me it wouldnt be a problem. It was very clear that I was not a priority and that as an ATT customer, only if I purchased something, would I be concerned with. Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this store.

Stay away from this store. The folks that work here are oblivious. They arent properly trained with service or basic knowledge of how AT&T works. Its embarrassing how they conduct business here. I dont blame AT&T, since its an authorized retailer. I blame the management & ownership. Dont waste your time here, go to a corporate store or call the 1-800 service number. This place is a disgrace to the AT&T name. They dont even deserve one star, thats how bad it is at the store.

Came in a few weeks ago and worked with Haley. It wasnt too busy when we came in. She got my wife and myself new iPhones and my wife got the iPad deal. She told us about every extra fee, cost and changes that would be on our bill. She changed the channel on the TV to keep my children entertained. She talked fast and was slow and kept trying to sell us extra accessories but was nice and kept us informed. I would go here again just plan plenty of time.

Chuck walked my mother to the door stepped outside and told her she was no longer welcome at this store. Horrible customer service. Chuck was being a complete smart *** with me instead of helping to get my mothers phone working. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Recieved the best service ever at this store. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in the store when she had to put up with a very rude and obnoxious customer that was a smart ***. She handled it very well.

Dont Do IT. Dont use this store. Use the actual AT&T Store at the Forum instead. Horrible customer service representative. Haily has no business being in customer service.
