This store is awesome! They are courteous, informational, and very professional! I recommend anyone who is a Gamestop fan, or wanting to get good games through awesome people to visit this store! I feel bad for them the other day a lady came in acting crazy, she was screaming and yelling at everyone because her child was crying. They handled it well! Kuddos guys! A+ Service!!! Keep up the good work! I will be coming to make pre-orders soon! Thank you for your amazing service!

Im sorry, I didnt want to write this review but I cant be nice anymore. I promise, every other game i buy from this store that is used, is really badly scratched, what topped it off today I bought Skyrim used, and it had three bumps pertruding from the top layer of the disc. They always replace the game when you take it back but comeone, they dont look at what games they get from people? Its really frustrating buying a game and not being able to play it.

Nothing walked in girl was busy putting games on shelf looked at me and my girlfriend as we walked pass her she didnt say a word. Nothing no hi welcome to gamestop nothing. Then a guy comes from the backroom just looks at us also doesnt say a word crap service I was even going to purchase a game but after that I changed my mind. I work in customer service yeah it can be a pain but you got to put up with it and put on a fake smile lol

Awesome Service! I came in yesterday with my son and they were training a new guy who is AWESOME!!!! I just feel really bad for them there was a lady who had a crying baby and really started yelling at them for staring or something and as I was watching them I didnt see them do anything wrong. I will keep coming back to this place awesome service so nice!!!!!!!

A real hit and miss w customer service at this store. I go there due to it the closest but I sometimes regret going there because this lady makes it seem as though its bothersome for her to do her job and look something up for me... on occasions shes fairly pleasant but other than that she leaves a bitter taste in my mouth about the location

not that great, same as every store. Employees just stand around and dont make you feel excited about gaming. They greet you and keep talking away amongst each other, no attention to the customer.

Will not be going back to this game stop. Both times I have been in there the people are so rude! My money was thrown at me along with my receipt. Very unsatisfactory!!
