Ok, average 3.7 stars at time of this review but my experience was 5 stars... Bought a stove for my mothers B-day and after installing it the stove didnt quite operate like we expected... Spoke with the boss man and he was so chill, awesome and reassuring he told me that I could exchange for another however because most of the inventory isnt identical the other gas range was just a tad more expensive... He approved an even exchange no questions... Woooooow... Unheard of nowadays EXCELLENT customer service is DEAD... Wait thats what I thought until today This man is genuine with a truly honest kind and sincere attitude did I mention helpful and informative... I cant say enough.... Yes its a scratch and dent store but all this stuff is mostly new with few returned items and quite frankly a lot of the inventory is perfect... At the end of the day once its in your house its no longer new and lets face it your kids are probably gonna scratch and dent it anyways so why delay the inevitable BUY your appliances here and save some money

Active and well informed staff can guide you to what you want, at a very reasonable price. I ended up furnishing my entire kitchen with a remodel with items from this store, as it includes major appliances as well as electronics. Only open 11-7 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - well worth a visit if youre appliance shopping.

We were in awe of Manager Kira Holtz and staff, she was running the place tightly while giving us excellent service. She went way out of her way to help us and other customers find what we wanted. This is way better service than the actual retail store and done with half the resources.

Items range from perfect condition to big dents/scratches. Got a perfect Kitchen Aid built in micro( Model# KMBP100ESS ) for 700 when it retails for 1799. You just have to wait until they have what youre looking for in the condition you want and youll get a great deal.

Exceptional customer service. I dont remember the employees name but he has dreads. He helped me a lot while choosing the right Fridge for my house. Thank you so very much. Im extremely happy! This store rocks! All employees were positive and nice.

If you need washers and dryers, this is for you. Thats about all they have in stock. Not your typical Best Buy. Had to waste another hour of my day driving to another store across town.
