Horrible customer service. Sold me a lemon ps3 system without testing it. Returned it to try and get a refund and got told theyd accept it as a trade and said I would have to pay them for them to take it in. Cashier sarcastically asked if I wanted it on a gift card or to look around for a game for a system I no longer own. Im done being ripped off by game stop they refused to replace the faulty power cable and tried to charge me to have one sent to the store
