I took a watch there to have a battery replaced, and I asked them to have the crystal replaced while they were at it. They claimed the repair would take 1-2 weeks. After a month, I finally received my watch back. They installed a crystal which was too short for the watch. I initially ignored this issue, because the mismatch was subtle. However, within a couple of days, I noticed condensation within the watch, meaning the crystal had been installed incorrectly. When I took the watch back, their suggestion was to send the watch back to the same person for another month to have it repaired. When I stated that solution was unacceptable, the manager became rude with me, insisting that for me to get any refund for the poor work on my watch, he would need his crystal back. Customers beware!

I needed to get my college ring re-shaped, since I wear it when i sleep. stopped in here since the store is near my house. They tried to tell me it would cost $ 25 and i wouldnt receive my ring back for 2 weeks. I literally drove a 1/4 mile up the road to a jewelry store called Dennis Jewelry, They took my ring in the back and came back with my ring perfectly shaped in about 60 sec for no charge. Its little things like that to show a companies true character. If this company treats me like that for such a minimal amount of work, imagine how you would be treated for larger repairs.

A year ago independently found the stone for wifes engagement ring, they set it in a beautiful customized ring that she loves and matched a wedding band to it. Just dropped the ring back off for some yearly maintenance, customer service is still excellent and definitely plan on continuing to use their services in the future.
