Worst experience ever! Needed my wedding ring re-sized and unfortunately it had to be cut off. First they cut my ring in THREE places to cut it off because they didnt know what they were doing, then tried to charge us extra to repair and re-size it (even though we go the ring from kay!). Also, when they sent it out to get an estimate for the repair/re-size, they lost our ticket and it took almost a month to get my ring back! The customer service was terrible, they wouldnt return our calls and lied about things. We choose to take it to a local jeweler who repaired and re-sized it for almost half the cost. Do NOT shop here!!!

Really bad service. I went in to have some links taken off my watch and ended up waiting about 30 minutes to get service, then another hour to get the watch back. Watches I had seen at other stores, such as hamilton and movado were over priced. The sales people are also very rude unless you are a mexican national with pockets full of money.

Really friendly and the younger guy there helped us quite a bit learning about the diamond and the ring that my mom had so me and my now fiancé have a new ring that shes happy with with my family diamond in it so really good experience! Thanks guys
