I went to this store in search of a laptop and was amazed at the selection and customer service. With only a limited budget one of the employees showed me what the had to offer. For $225 I was able to get a barley used Laptop with windows 7, 3gbs of RAM, and massive 300gb hard drive. They could of price gauged me or anyone else as the laptop was worth more than $225. Instead they were honest and very helpful and didnt try to negotiate. Just a straight Deal. While in store I noticed not just laptops but Guitars ,Tvs, and pretty much everything in store we priced reasonably. It was nice to see a pawn shop that actually offered deals for a Change. I give them a 10/10. FYI Im not an employee just a satisfied customer, I have the receipt to prove it.

I went in there to browse dvd movies. Found one i wanted, priced $2 bucks. Took it to cashier to purchase, had cash in my hand. They wanted my drivers license, address, work number and references. Mind you i was buying a 2 dollar movie with cash! I was not selling or pawning anything. I got irritated at all of the personal info and asked is this really necessary to pay cash for a 2 dollar movie? The cashier snapped back that it was their policy and then the manager came over and basically said if you dont like it you can leave. Which i did without the movie. I will never go back in there ever again.

Bought a 1000 dollar laptop from them with insurance and instead of fixing the problem i get an instore credit guss i can get 6 xboxs instead of the laptop i paid for. I sent a friend here to buy a gutair he brought it home relised there was a crack in the neck BUYER BEWARE..

They are dumd and dont know what they are selling. They look up the item on the internet and just read description. I sold them a shitty laptop they didnt even bother to check for viruses the fan was shot and they still bought it lol
