Short story: Great selection and jewelry. However, terrible customer service. Long story: The selection of the jewelry is great. Everything was in order and many new styles were up to date. My issue is with the customer service. I know they have great Google reviews so I specifically chose this store. I was greeted warmly by two employees. Earlier that day I had called to place a charm on hold. I assumed it would be considered an order, so when I walked up to the counter (after a curt "What can I do for you?") I thought I had an order. I said "Hi, I have an order for myself. Its one charm." The employee gave me a rude look. Not "confused-but-still-listening" look. It was a "okay-and-" look. Her face quickly changed when she said "Okay, was it online or what?" I said "I called earlier today-" but didnt get to finish my sentence when the employee said "So its on hold. Whats your name?" I assumed she just wanted to be quick about this. I wouldnt have minded it if she hadnt looked at me as if I were not speaking English. I laughed it off and continued to spell my first name. She said "Okay what?" I assumed she wanted me to spell it again but instead my friend (that I took with me) caught on that she wanted my last name. Instead of saying "Okay and your last name maam?" She kept giving me an ugly look. I gave it to her and she said "Okay one second." She came back with the charm and was suddenly a happy-go-lucky employee. "Can you get you anything else? Would you like any more tissue paper or need it as a gift? Everything look good?" I smiled and said "Looks great. No." I swiped my card and left. At first I thought that her rudeness was all in my head, but once we got out of the store my friend looked over to me and said "Did she seem rude to you too?" I dont always judge one store by one employee, but if you dont enjoy what you do or at least pretend to be courteous, do not work in retail. Id be happy to elaborate on who exactly the employee is....

We had a great experience at this location. Victoria was helping us on one of the most busy days Valentines Day! She was very patient and kind while I was choosing charms and a bracelet. She even talked me into some extra purchases. She went as far as asking Amy the person soldering charms to put a charm on while I wait, because she understood that I was very sorry for coming last minute shopping. So thank you to both of these very kind and helpful employees of James Avery.

The employees are very nice. They are there to answer questions if needed, otherwise, they leave you alone to browse. Jewelry is very beautiful and I appreciate the fact that you can bring your jewelry back for free cleaning. There is a bit of congestion at times and parking is limited.
