I would have given no star, but that was not a choice. I took my bracelet in to be repaired because the clasp broke. I was told that it would be $50 to solder it back on. Really???? $50 for a drop of metal??? Needless to say, I did not leave my bracelet. What really put me over the edge was my friend took the very same bracelet for EXTENSIVE repairs and they did not charge her anything! Of course she is a Walmart heiress, so that may have had something to do with it. Also, I am newly engaged and my fiance has given me an allowance of $100K for my wedding ring set. Guess who is NOT considering Tiffany & Co.???? All of the reviews posted on here are for new purchases. Yes, they do fall all over you if they think you are buying something, but BEWARE of the no customer service after your purchases!!!

I told the woman that was helping me my budget, what I was looking for, and in an hour she was able to help me find the perfect gifts for them. She was a big help and very knowledgeable. Amazing quality but at a high price. The Tiffany at the Donain is very nice. There is plenty of room to look around and once you need help the staff is quick to assist. I bought my wife a present from here and just seeing the Tiffany blue bag made we happy.
