I will post a pic of the work, because I really had no idea what to expect when I wanted my wedding set (3 rings) soldiered together. I didnt want to be without my set, & they understood that. They set up a date (today at 10am) & said I should be able to pick it up the next afternoon, so I figured I can go about 30 hours without it. My husband dropped the rings off at 10 this morning & texted me that they would be ready this afternoon at 3! I was so happy, & even happier with the results. My set is officially perfect!! What drove me to look for a jeweler was when I called a big chain store...Ill call them Jerk Face Douchebaggery of Jewels...& when I inquired about what I wanted, the "salesman" told me they wont work on my $3k Moissanite wedding set because "its not real." Do the research on Moissanite, & youll be sold. That aside, a customer should never be told anything negative about their property!! Its my wedding set & they had the gall to say that?!? Not only is the Rialto staff wonderful, professional, & talented, they were as disgusted with the "competitor" as I was. I will absolutely return for future jewelry needs/wants. Thank you so very much, Rialto!

"Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service"- that was the lasting impression I left with after dealing with Luis and the good people at Rialto Jewelry. I was in a super time crunch. I wanted to surprise my wife at my daughters birthday party with an engagement ring would feature a gorgeous 3 carat colorless, round, hearts and arrows rock! They recommended a very elegant and minimal solitaire tiffany style setting with 6 prongs. They completed the job much faster than promised. And they did so with a smile. They made me feel that you are super important and were very patience with my lack of experience in purchasing a ring and setting. Thanks to these guys, I was able to surprise my wife in front of our family and friends with a ring she deserved and a moment she deserved. They made OUR dream a reality. Im so thankful they went above and beyond for me. For a great customer service experience, I would highly Rialto Jewelry!

If I could give Rialto 100 stars, I would. We just moved to the area and my wifes ring needed some TLC. She had a few loose stones and needed a new rhodium coating as well. We were greeted by the owner, the jeweler, and the appraiser as soon as we walked in. The owner (Mr. Guerra) is a laid back kind of guy. Hes not going to push you to buy anything but if you make a purchase great! We were only there to have my wifes ring cleaned but if I want a new watch, Im going back. So back to the ring, we were told we could pick it up on Saturday and it would look just as good as the day we bought it. Low and behold I get a phone call a day early, my wifes ring was done and ready for pick up! The ring looks amazing, they did a great job and they were reasonably priced, we didnt break the bank. Quality work, great customer service and an awesome family business! Thank you Rialto!

I first came to Luis on a recommendation of a friend and I can see why him and his store was so highly thought of. Not only will you come back to Rialto again and again for the great selection and extremely knowledgeable staff but you will look forward to coming back because of the friendly atmosphere him and his staff create. An honest salesman who takes a deep pride in his craft and educating his customers and getting them the best bang for their buck, Luis will be the only jeweler I ever go to again. Thanks Luis for a great experience, I look forward to coming in again and again. EDIT: 12/19/2014 Came here again to share another great experience with Luis and his team. I called Luis asking about some earrings for my fiances Christmas present and he took the time to work within my budget and find me exactly what I was looking for. Cant thank him enough.

I inherited my fathers ring that had been worn all the time, even when he was working outside in his flowerbeds. Needless to say it has a lot of wear and tear going on. It was a nice sturdy ring which i felt needed a bigger stone and to be restored to its original condition. I discussed with Luis and we decided on an option. I put a lot of trust in him, as this was my fathers ring. I wanted it to be recognizable as his ring, but with a new twist. I WAS DELIGHTED WITH THE RESULT!! And I felt the cost to do the work was very reasonable. I pushed Luis on timing, and he had my brand new looking ring in a week! I WOULD RECOMMEND RIALTO JEWELRY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! I would have given him 10 stars if I could have!! I posted a pic of the before and after on YELP and also on their facebook page.

Came in today with a little issue with the bracelet I got for Christmas and I am so impress with the level of service. Luis? Was so gracious with how he handled the whole situation. I can see why my boyfriend couldnt stop talking about this place! They run their business exactly how we like to run ours. I dont want to list what happen hoping he will never have this happen again cause I feel really bad about it. But I appreciate the understanding and it definitely will not be our last time here, I think we found a good jeweler that I feel like we can trust! I hate going into a jewelery store (Kays ETC) and constantly getting bombarded with pushy sales people who hardly knows what they are talking about. Rialto jewelry is absolutely the greatest jeweler in San Antonio. Polite, respectful, kind, and genuinely a wonderful place to take your jewelry. . I turned in my engagement ring, which has a very intricate band, to be sized down 2 sizes. They made sure I understood that with the smaller diamonds in the band there might be complications. They were also the best price and timeline in the city. They were supposed to get it back to me in 4 days, but instead because they knew we were going out of town and I wasnt very happy about leaving without my ring, they had it done the very next morning!!!! Theyve earned our business and recommendations for a long time to come!!!!

After replacing my watch battery (for an affordable price!), Luis spent time answering several questions regarding the care and polishing of platinum jewelry. They did a great job cleaning three platinum pieces I brought in, and were able to get everything done in less than an hour. This locally owned business really cares about their clients and Luis has great social skills. In addition to their fine repair/service work, they have a nice showcase of engagement rings and also make custom jewelry in house. I would not hesitate bringing in your rare platinum jewelry for cleaning and repair to Rialto Jewelry.
