I needed to sell my Rolex to get money to put towards a safe, reliable car for my son. I checked on-line because I had no idea what I might get for it and then started driving around town to see what I could get. I just happened to go into Diamond & Jewelry Gallery first. I was very pleased with the way Rene Hirsch, the manager, treated me. He was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very un-pushy. I felt the price he offered was fair, but since it was the first place I had gone to I said I really needed to check around. He said he understood, wished me luck and said he hoped to see me again. The next place I went was awful! It was a bigger store across the highway from Rene’s store. The manager there completely low-balled me, and when I told them what Rene had offered, he tried to pressure me to let him beat Rene’s offer by $50. Then I went to a couple of more places that made offers in the ballpark with Rene’s offer, but he had been so nice and pleasant to speak to earlier, that I drove all the way back to his store and sold the watch to him. Whenever I am in the market for any type of jewelry to buy in the future, I will definitely go back to Diamond & Jewelry Gallery!!

Shady - if I had only one word to describe this business that would be it. Otherwise, If you like OVERPRICED CHEAP QUALITY COSTOM JEWELRY then this is the place, I thought I was at the Poteet flea market with all this Ghetto Gold. LOL, I rather shop at a Gas Station than shop here! At least there you know what youre getting has little to no value once you leave the store. I went in to sell a 100 ounce silver bar, pretty simple its a solid bar of silver. Do you know this looser extraordinaire - I think he said his name was Renee Hirsh - tried to rob me in plain daylight by offering me a priced based on 80 ounces ? I told him I know its value based on spot and i know you have to make a living but your flat raping me here and he just laughed. Seriously people - there is a turd in the punch bowl, or there is a shark in the water - whatever it takes for you to hear me - BUYER BEWARE as well as gold or silver SELLERS BEWARE of RENEE HIRSH and DIAMOND & JEWELRY GALLERY off IH10 between Woodstone and Huebner - this joker will take you for every penny you dont have nailed down. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Before heading to the store I called Rene and he was very professional. I stopped by and sold some unused wedding rings at this store. The staff was very courteous, not to mention the bonus for mentioning the website was very exciting and helpful in nearly obtaining the target price I set for the sale of these two pieces. Recieving cash on the spot for the sale made for a quick and convenient transaction. It was nice to finally recoup some value on pieces that would have just sat in a drawer somewhere accumulating dust. I will definitely return when the time is right to shop for another set of rings. Rene had quite the selection.

They say they have they the highest prices in San Antonio, but they are not even close! They also say they buy jewelry for what it is and not for scrap prices....well they only pay scrap prices. I took about 15 pieces of good jewelry, and they offered me below scrap prices for them. The used a small, cheap looking scale and didnt even explain how much the jewelry weighed or the price per gram he was to pay...then said with the "COUPOUN" that the price is above average. Well it wasnt, so I turned down their offer...needless to say, they are trying to buy good jewelry for below scrap prices and poke your eyes! Do not go there!

Diamond and Jewelry Gallery is the best place in all of San Antonio to sell your gold & silver. Not only do they treat their customers with respect & dignity they also give them the best prices for their gold & silver. I would highly recommend this store to all of my friends & family not only for them to sell their gold but also to go & buy any jewelry that they might need. I cannot stress enough about how friendly & respectful the people who work at this store act towards their customers. I wouldn’t bother going to any other jewelry store or any other place to sell my gold & silver. Don’t pass this place by.

This guy tried to rip off my jewelry I inhereted from my grand mother! I have 2 rings that were gold but he said the rubies we fake!?! Really I dont know anyone who would use gold for fake jewels. SECOND, I know for a fact the pearls I got appraised were real bc I was with my mother when she bought them...he swore to me they were fake and offered to buy the scrap silver! Eat it dirt bags yall suck! All the positive feedbacks are from the store employees!!

Huge selection of Rolex Watches. I just purchased an Explorer II. Came with the paper and everything. Clean store, friendly sales people not to pushy which is cool because I hate being pushed to buy when I am trying to look. But they did help me with all the questions I had. Good Experience, cool place, Im happy. Now I will have to go back soon because my wife is giving me a hard time for not getting her one. Thanks Rene for all your help.

This is THE place to go to for pre-owned Rolex watches. We went to 4 other places and they either had little to no selection, were overpriced, or were just plain rude. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to make sure i got exactly what i wanted and for less than i found anywhere else. The 2 year warranty was also great bonus. This is where we will be shopping from now on.

A few days ago I decided to sell some old jewelry that I had no use for. I took my jewelry to different gold buyers to find the highest price and found that the Diamond & Jewelry Gallery had the highest offer on my gold. I received 600 dollars more than the second best offer which was made by a big gold buyer company that is located inside of malls. Friendly service and Top Dollar, highly recommend it!
