Fine Jewelry and Custom Design lovers…if you are looking for “A” plus customer service, quality work and/or craftsmanship with a very nice and unique selection of fine jewelry. Moses Jewelers is without a doubt and definitely the first and last place you need to checkout. I needed a couple of rings resized. As a new member of the San Antonio and surrounding communities, I did with most people do; I Goggled Jewelry stores in the San Antonio area that did on site resizing. However it could not be just any jewelry store because I was not going to let just anyone resize these special ring. Moses Jewelers came up in the listing, so I checked out their website and I eventually drove from Converse, TX to Stone Oaks to physically check out what they had to offer. I was very impressed with the layout of the store, the customer service, and personal attention that was given towards the service I required. In the end, they did such a great job of resizing and polishing the two rings… and it only took two days… great turn around time for my unique pieces. Since I was so impressed with their great customer service and unique designs in fine jewelry. I decided to have them create another special piece of fine jewelry from a drawing/picture I had from a few years ago. Let’s just say, I was blown away from the end result of the ring we coordinated together. My drawing in conjunction with their CAD work created a wonderful piece of art in my opinion and for a fair and/or reasonable price. All I can say from this novel I have written. If you are looking for great fine jewelry craftsmanship for a fair price, genuine personal customer service, and a family jewelry store to call home for all your jewelry needs. Moses Jewelers is the place…hands down. I wish I could show you the beautiful creation that was made, but I do not want everyone wearing my hard work. Smile. W. Howard Converse, TX

Despues de escuchar a mis amistades hablar maravillas de Moses Jewelers, convesi a mi prometido para viajar desde la Ciudad de Monterrey, Mexico a San Antonio, Tx., para comprar nuestros anillos de matrimonio, y la verdad nos quedamos sorprendidos con el trato personal que Moses y su hijo Joey nos dieron. Nos explicaron detalle a detalle el proceso que ellos realizarian en nuestras argollas. Disenos unicos con la mas alta calidad en tecnologia. Mi prometido y yo nos vinimos satisfechos con la eleccion que hicimos y para posteriormente regresar en tan solo dos semanas para ver nuestros anillos terminados. Los anillos quedaron hermosos!!. Exactamente como nos lo habian planteado., la calidad de los anillos es inmejorable. No solo hicieron unas piezas de joyeria para nosotros, sino que representan el amor que nos hemos jurado y el compromiso de portarlos para el resto de nuestras vidas. This was our first experience with Moses Jewelers. My husband had inherited his grandmothers anniversary ring that we wanted to incorporate into an anniversary wedding band. We quickly learned a retail big box jewelry store could not accommodate this request, and that we needed the services of a jeweler. After "googling" area jewelers, we found Moses Jewelers. Moses was wonderful in determining our desired design. During our first visit, he suggested adding other design aspects, but we werent yet at a point to see the full picture until we saw the first rendering which was exactly as we described (and needed more design as Moses suggested). After the first rendering, we asked for his and Joeys design suggestions again to enhance the custom ring. Their suggestions were spot on, and the second rendering was exactly the look we wanted. We appreciate they really strived to understand our vision for this custom piece and made suggestions to really take the design over the top to a piece that was beyond our expectations. The only improvement that would have made this experience "5" stars is better communication via phone or email when a rendering or final product could be expected. We felt we were having to call more than expected to check on status. However, to be fair, we did tell them the ring wasnt needed until a later date. As far as pricing, we can not reliably comment as it has been decades since we bought fine jewelry. However, based on big box jewelry prices we observed, Moses Jewelers seemed competitive. Overall, we felt Moses and Joey really cared to create a piece we would love (which we do) and love the 3d rendering technology they utilize to see the design before it is finalized. We would certainly use Moses Jewelers again and recommend them to family and friends.

A few years ago my husband lost his wedding band while working. I didnt want to replace it with just any ring after at the time 10 years (at the time) of marriage but wasnt sure exactly what. I knew it needed to be a custom piece and here and there for the past couple years I would look at different custom pieces other people posted on sites like pinterest, etc. Finally, I settled one a few designs I liked but would need to be combined. That is where Moses Jewelers come in. I needed someone with expertise in custom jewelry that could take my ideas and turn it into something my husband would love. I went to speak with them and we threw some ideas back and forth and figured out how to take those design elements and make a one of a kind piece. They were very prompt in getting me renderings of the design so that I could see it before it was made. I knew once it all came together that I made the best choice entrusting this piece to Moses Jewelers. Today I picked it up and am absolutely thrilled. Even better, I couldnt wait to give it to my husband and see the look on his face when he opened. Let me just say this: HE LOVED IT! The entire experience with Moses and his team was great. Everyone has been professional and courteous and talk about that wow factor when you see that piece for the first time! Thank you Moses Jewelers! You know we will be back!

My experience with Moses Jewelers was phenomenal from start to finish. Moses’ devotion to quality and customer service can be seen in the way he designs his pieces and treats his customers. Moses helped me design a custom engagement ring and I could not have been more blown away by how beautiful the piece turned out. Moses worked personally with me in the design process and helped turn some ideas and photos I had into a stunning personal design. Joey developed a computer model that had exceptional detail and really helped visualize the piece. I was happy with how it turned out the first try, but I know that they are willing to undergo design changes based on the visual model, which is something I have not seen anywhere else. After I had approved the design, I had the ring in hand in less than two weeks. The ring turned out better than I ever could have imagined, and my fiancé get compliments everywhere she goes. Moses will not reproduce a copy of your custom ring, so you know that she will have a one of a kind piece that is as unique and special as her. Moses and his staff were exceptional in every way and I feel like I should have paid double for the services I received. There is no other jeweler that can provide the service and experience that you will get at Moses Jewelers. I highly recommend that you stop in to Moses’ and see for yourself.
