Went in to exchange a ring that was too small and the staff was very nice. I was greeted quickly and was shown to the right person that could help me. The transaction was seemless and she ensured I had the right size by bringing out 2 sizes without me asking. They were accommodating and helpful.

I love the jewelry here! They have such a wide selection. I really appreciate the policy that if you lose one earing, and pay for 1/2 the original price, you can get a new set. As long as it is in there current selection!
