I went to my local bike shop to support small business but was recommended by a friend to come here instead ; after I was told they had my parts in Stock and drive all the way across town to give them business I was vibed cause my bike wasnt cool enough or something to get serviced. If I wanted to put the pieces on myself I would have, but I thought a shop thats supposed to be the place would be able to do it.

Very knowledgeable group of guys here. Friendly and prompt. Brought my sons bike because of a flat. I knew it was time for some new tires. The gentleman that assisted me showed me many options and price range. Had a few customers in front of me and said the bike would be ready in one and a half hours. Got the call in about an hour that it was ready. Great prices and service. Cant beat it!

I brought a mountain bike here to have my bottom bracket removed. They were disrespectful and refused to attempt service on my bike once they saw it was a mountain bike. Recommend CALLING AHEAD to make sure they service your TYPE of bicycle before going here, as they perhaps only service skinny tire road bikes.

Twenty business days and several manufacturing and shipping snafus later, I received notice that my xclnt Retrospec Amok 9 speed was ready to be picked up. If I would have been aware that Retrospec is falling down and behind on manufacturing and shipping, I would have found something local.
