I wanted to get a little more serious about MTB, so I started my research here. I spent a month plus studying todays mtb. Long story short, I kept coming back to this shop because the customer service is Exceptional. I had A Lot of questions and Steve answered them all, plus with the info of how i wanted to ride Steve led to the TREK Fuel ex8. Every time I pointed to another bike he would help me examine the components and ultimately showed me why the Fuel ex8 was my Best choice. He set me up with my new bike plus all the accessories. I felt like a priority, a person and I appreciate this type of customer service. My first ride was 16.5 miles of pure pleasure, Absolutely love my bike. Now during this ride had a issue arise. Took it to the shop and the guys in the back took care of it with the same exceptional service. Thank You.

I have an older mountain bike that needed repairs. Bicycle Sport Shop not only made the needed repair, but made other valuable tune ups as well. The repair(s) were done by the next day and for a price that was less than the estimate. I am very pleased and highly recommend. - Aaron Bond

I didnt realize, that this is the same shop as the iconic Bicycle Sport Shop on S. Lamar and Barton Springs. turns out they have 5 locations around the Austin Area. Killer shop, killer service, super for real people who LOVE bicycling working there, cool atmosphere.

I ran in today to get help with some stroller tires that have been flat. The man at the register was so helpful and kind. He checked the tubing and filled the tires for no charge and was super helpful. Wouldnt take any payment for his trouble. Very impressed
