Is it possible to rate this store lower than 1 star? AT&Ts customer service is the worst customer service Ive ever come into contact with. If youre trying to decide which phone carrier to go with, go with all other options before AT&T. We had a note on our account allowing us to upgrade my phone without making the monthly payments, and my dad called yesterday to make sure everything was still okay before driving all the way to the store. After arriving, the staff then said there was no note on the account and that it would be an additional charge on every phone line per month to upgrade. This fee was not discussed when we called to confirm the plan we would upgrade to. They told us we would have to call customer retention, which we had done once before. My dad called them, and was then transferred from person to person, and eventually was told that they couldnt help any more because the supervisor was on vacation, and he should give us a call in about a week. It seems like there should be more than one person on the entire AT&T staff that should be able to help us. I completely understand making mistakes and having to talk to a supervisor, as I also work in retail sales, but the extent to which these mistakes are being made is unacceptable.

We purchased an iPhone phone at this location yesterday (3.9.15). When I got to my car, I realized that the phone was broken (the side volume button was faulty). I immediately returned back to the store from my car (2 minutes after walking out the door) and they would NOT give me anther phone. They insisted that it was a warranty issue and that I needed to go to the Apple store to have the phone fixed. It was my phone and my problem.. Oh, and if I wanted to return it I could pay $35 to do it.. They literally sold me a broken phone and then would not do anything to fix it. My husband and I then had to truck to the Apple store with our two year old in tow to receive another phone. I would advise all of your to NEVER buy a phone from the ATT store. After we waited in line at the Apple store, I was able to obtain a new phone. I recommend to everyone to not purchase from this store and to purchase from the Apple store directly.

They never respond to the phone calls. I called the number provided by sales staff whole day but it was never picked up. If you dont pick up the call, you should not provide it in your business cards and online. Seems like they also misquoted the price of the plans and services that I took from them. I am receiving bills from them every month that are exponentially high and not matching with the quotes that I received from them. I dont recommend folks to trust this store. I am soon gonna write to ATT Dispute Resolution Department to fix their mistakes and asking for the refund. They have not credited my account yet for the second iPhone I got from them. I was supposed to receive credits in a form of 3 payments within a duration of 3 months. But, that has not happened yet. It seems like they falsify the information to sell their products and services. I have a lot of complaints against these folks.

Lesson learned.. These guys are inept, have a poor attitude, and are very difficult to work with. Two months after purchasing my iPhone, case, and accessories, my iPhone case [Otter Box] broke. They refused to even exchange it for a replacement because 30 days had expired. This is a privately owned store and has its own rules. The location 2 miles away at 75 & Plano Parkway is a corporate location and provides a 1 YEAR warranty on ALL accessories. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Although they couldnt replace the case for me because I purchased it at an independent location, I began buying everything I need from there. They are UNBELIEVABLE! Difference between night and day. My 8 month old iPhone ear buds got snagged on something and stopped working. I explained what happened and they gave me a new pair. Wow.

Horrendous experience. Shauntae - Retail Sales Manager took it upon herself to be assuming and rude when I came to return my Galaxy Express to upgrade for a better phone. A sarcastic grin while telling me there is nothing she can do and no one she can call to process my refund to my debit card (with reciept) even though it was within the 14 day time period. The individual who originally sold me the Galaxy Express told me he could not transfer my SIM contacts or apply my credit on my account towards a plan to support my new 4G LTE phone. ATT needs to take a closer look at their staff and the service they provide. It is no secret that ATT is a costly cell provider, so why am I paying more to be insulted and recieve poor service?

I had a terrible experience buying the iphone 3Gs at the apple store at willow bend. They had set me up completely wrong with the At&t plan after standing in a pre-reserved line for more than 3 hours. I went to this store and they were really nice and helpful to me even when I have not bought the phone from them. Mindy and her manager (I forgot his name) were excellent. They helped me all the way and were very patient with me. They made my day and I bought iphone accessories from that store. I highly recommend this store and talk to Mindy if you have issues. She is friendly and dedicated.

Busy but very good AT&T store. Expect a 10-20 minute wait with your name on an electronic digital display list. Plenty to shop for while waiting. In addition to smart phones, there are speakers, head phones, covers and other accessories, and AT&Ts U-Verse. Sales staff is friendly and professional. Deducting one star because one staff member who provided service during a visit was inadequately trained and should have had someone readily available to answer questions the staffer didnt know. Bathroom is clean at this location if you need it during the wait.

I went to this store to change my plan and got a quote that did not match my bill. I was never told that autopay discount dont apply to credit cards and that the discount wont be available for first few billing cycles. Make sure to read all the fine print as the store associates wont be sharing all that information with you. Also the store associate said he felt sorry for us since we use spectrum for cable and tried to sell us an AT&T cable plan that he himself did not use for his home :D

Upgraded my phone, they added in a Samsung Gear S2 as a special. Went through the details with the salesperson for nearly an hour, manager even got involved. First bill comes and they had absolutely lied about the charges. If you use AT&T, I would highly recommend going to another store. The salesperson, along with the manager, just lied in order to make the sale. This is probably the norm at this place.

All i can say is, The big boss whos sitting in his mansion somewhere in top of the mountain God knows where collecting money from people like us for what?? lies, hidden fees, over charged and above all that they have no idea how to be customer friendly. I wish there was other company who could fix this but to be be honest they all the same consumed with greed, so Im stuck with this horrible situation :(
