My son brought his iPad mini in to have the screen replaced. They ran tests on it and everything was functional when it was dropped off. He was told it would take 2 hours. When he returned, they said that it wouldnt be ready until the next day, it wasnt. I went in to see what was going on and they said that they had to order a fuse that blew and that it wouldnt be ready until after the weekend. Went I checked on it the next week, the screen was replaced, but the back light wasnt working anymore. The owner said that it was in better condition than when it was dropped off and stated now that the screen was replaced, I could take it back to Apple and have it replaced since there wasnt any outward signs of damage and stated that there wasnt any more they could do. The camera isnt centered and the iPad is useless now because you cant see any of the display. Bottom line is that they took a functional iPad with a crack in the screen and made it unusable. I gave them one star because I couldnt give them zero... Dont take your phone/tablet there to be repaired. They are less than worthless...

They fixed my screen and it looks as good as new, it became unresponsive and it would kind of pop in and out. Also developed a crack at the bottom by the home button, i took it back and said that usually they dont do warranty on a cracked screen, but I told them I had not dropped it ( cause I didnt, i really thought the glass cracked because it was sort of moving inside.... anyways...) they were gracious enough to fix it for me! thanks guys!

Me and my wife came to the location to drop off her phone and there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at a later time. We returned at that time to drop off the phone. I returned at 4:45 to pick up the phone and there was a sign on the door saying they will be back at 4:15. It is currently 5:15 I dont have my wifes phone and they are suppose to close at 5:00.

Yes! No searching all over town! Its right in my back yard. Super fast service, Low price, thanks to the helpful staff pointing out that there is a Groupon which they will match right in the store! I was delighted. It was also ready in not quite half the time promised. I was a wonderful experience!
