Had a terrible experience at this place... I was told I would receive my full company discount off my access line AND off of the data plan. AFTER I signed all of the paperwork, he said "oops, its only off of the data" and then the laughed about it and acted like it was no big deal. Next, I was told I was only paying the taxes on the iPhone since I signed up for the installment plan, I agreed, and then when he printed off the receipt he had added a $20 set up and go fee. When I called verizon and asked about this fee, I was told that "franchises can charge this fee if they want to but it is NOT a requirement". Yet another thing he lied to me about just to squeeze an extra dollar or two out. Keep in mind... this was in addition to the $30 activation fee!.... $50 in fees so he could push the power button on the iPhone and hand it to me. Just go to a Verizon owned store... you will get the standard corporate treatment and not the runaround I got.

I ran into an issue with switching from a Verizon pre-paid phone to a standard plan. I went to Best Buy and they told me that I would not be able to keep my number. I called some Verizon stores and was told the same thing. I was advised to try calling Verizon Customer support, but got nowhere with that, naturally. Im not sure why Verizon makes this process way more complicated than say, switching to AT&T to keep my number, however I did eventually get assistance from an employee at this store who took the time to research it and figure it out. Exemplary Customer service experience.

These guys were awesome. Ive worked in the mobile industry for years so Im pretty picky when it comes to where I shop for phones. Izzy and Derrick ( I apologize for any misspellings of the names) were both great to work with. They answered all of me and my girlfriends questions and handled two pre orders and a add a line port in very well. Great customer service and both seemed happy to be at work and excited about the phones as much as we were. If you live in the area and need a local Verizon store to handle anything I highly recommend these guys.
