Yesterday we went into the store for a deal that we had heard that tmobile was having, So basically that deal was 4 lines for 120 and we originally came into the store to do that deal. When we arrived we were greeted by very nice staff, so we told the lady that was helping us what we wanted to do, and she told us the deal was actually if you get 3 lines you get the 4th and 5th free, and this plan was going to cost more than the deal we thought we were going to get. I dont question anything because its Tmobile employee telling me this, they should know what deals they offer and ultimately I trusted her. She says with the 5th line we would get a free tablet. So we leave that day happy with a free tablet. The next day we come to find out that the deal we wanted they actually had it avalible, T-Mobile LIED TO US, the payments were not that much higher, but my point is, that they were not honest. And currently Im not a very happy customer, but I still have love for the company, just not going back to this location again.

Slow, inept, and incompetent. Avoid this place at all costs; its worth driving farther away to reach a better T-Mobile store. Waited for two hours in line, then waited for another hour while the staff called up their own internal tech support to figure out how to use the T-Mobile computers. Staff said that the two lines they added during the black friday promotion would be free (no additional monthly fees). Turns out they didnt know what they were doing and messed it up, more than doubling my monthly bill. Will be looking to switch back away from T-mobile after this experience.

Absolutely THE BEST service and support Ive ever received at any mobile store. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I went in near closing time on July 4th (the store was closing early for the holiday). They not only helped me far above and beyond my expectations, they were very patient and understanding of a difficult situation we were dealing with. They took their time and did not rush us out the door. I actually felt bad about them staying and helping me even after the store had closed. I highly recommend them!!

Very nice clean environment, welcoming crew with lots of knowledge. Made me feel comfortable within the store, came in, got me what i wanted and out in a fast time. Most I liked was the upbeat feeling as soon as you come in. I will definetly recommend this store to my friends and family. Id say go see Rachel and Michael, they made me laugh through out the store.

I came into this store with a HUGE problem that the other store on 380 and 75 caused. ALL employees treated me like royalty!! They explained how to help me and resolve the issue, and they had so much product knowledge and knowledge on the promotions. EVERYONE go to this store instead!! They know what theyre doing! You wont be disappointed!

Went here today to buy a new phone and Michael was there to help me out. He was very informative and was definitely the best mobile phone employee I have ever done business with. I highly recommend Michael and this T-Mobile location for anything you may need.

This location looks like they got a while new staff, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I usually hate going to buy a new phone but the experience was good. Looked at all the reviews prior to this and not sure if its the same staff or the new people.

Fantastic store.....staff very helpful with helping me to transition to a new Iphone. I highly recommend this store. Not only did they help me with my new phone, they helped me to review TMobile and make adjustments for the family plan.

I was glad that this store stocked the phone I wanted, but the process of purchasing the phone took almost 20 minutes. Ridiculous.
