If you dont have a valid ID they refuse to help you. All I needed was a SIM card, couldnt get one from them, they told me to purchase one from an indirect store. Im in the process of getting a new license and had the paper work, had the phone on my account with me, knew the account password, and still couldnt get a SIM. So I called customer service from the parking lot, provided my account password, and have a free SIM card being mailed to me. I dont understand why they would require an ID, yet tell me I can go to an indirect store instead, wouldnt they require the ID as well? I got the feeling the rep didnt want to waste his time doing a device change when they could be selling something to another customer, the store was busy.

I will tell you what pisses me off. You call the number to the store. And then you wind up with the automated nightmare from hell going round and round and yet never connecting with the store!! I did call to pay my bill or to learn more about my cell I wanted to talk directly to the dam store!! It is a bunch of BS!! Oh then when your order stuff with promises of ohhh you will have it in TWO DAYS... yeah didnt even ship in two... more like 6 days before i will get it. BE HONEST and just say you dont know when it will arrive.

Ryan and Lacey are really awesome! Ryan was the one who initially helped me set up an account with Verizon and he was very down to earth and helpful! Lacey was great to work with as well, I went in needing help with a problem and she was also super helpful and down to earth! I will definitely go to these two whenever I need help!

Absolutely sucks. they never answer their phone for a phone company its kind of ironic. their plans are way over priced by the time they add $20 in charges for a little of nothing. they have yet to call back and deal with issues. they are great to take money bad to return service!

Everything was rushed, I got 3 different translations? And I didnt get credit for changing companies, and also never got a supposedly discount I was gonna get for spending $1000 or more with the store after not even selling me the phone I was trying to get!!! Awful...

The store is not the problem it is corporate the over charge for everything so the can sponsor multiple venues and race teams to look good instead of cutting prices the sponsor something else and raise prices again

Probably the best service I have ever dealt with!! Very nice, and helpful! The 2 we worked with were Justin and Maddie, we walked out laughing. A definite 5 stars for them both!!

Go to best buy mobile or the best buy next to the mall, they simply have better service. Never had a good experience here or any Verizon store.
