Took my iphone 5s here because it wouldnt turn on. They replaced the screen which was $115 or something like that. Well the phone was dead when I got it back but saw that the screen was working it showed it needed to be plugged in so I said hey at least the screen is working now. Drove all the way home 20min drive from the store to my house charged up the phone. The phone worked for 10 seconds then went to a blue screen and would not come back on. It was 6:30pm at this point. I called and told them what had happened I said I was 20-30min away depending on traffic they said they close at 7pm and I would have to come the next day. Let’s keep in mind this is my work phone. I work 9am-6pm sometimes later the drive to work is opposite of this cell phone store so I can’t just swing by. Well I dropped it off the next day they told me it would be ready the same day. Like their ad says "Same day fix" well no. It took a whole day to fix. Well I just picked up my phone at least this time it was charged and so called working for the moment. I didn’t really have time to sit there and mess with it. Well now its glitching horribly. I try to type and it selects wrong keys I try to scroll it goes the opposite direction. They now want me to bring it back a 3rd time.... I should of read the reviews to this place before going here. I would not recommend this place. I had another shop look at the phone and they didn’t even line up the screen correctly. I was told that I might not of even needed a new screen that maybe one of my connectors was messed up. These guys don’t know what they are doing. I would recommend going someplace else.

After a month of saying they were going to have my phone repaired they finally said it was fixed. When I picked it up and took it to the car it wouldnt charge or connect to the verizon network. I took it back in and they told me to give them 30 minutes and they would fix it. I didnt have time to wait so I left and they said they would call me. After a week they finally came to the conclusion that they could not fix it. At this point I had paid over $180. They told me for what I had already paid they would keep my iphone 6 and give me an iphone 5. It was my dads phone, he didnt care what phone he had, he just wanted a phone so he said no problem. He picked up the iphone 5 and realized that it wouldnt keep a charge for over 8 hours when turned off. The fingerprint recognition wouldnt work either but he needed a phone and decided to try to get it activated. He took it to Verizon (where his original phone was from) and they told him that it was locked by AT&T because it had been reported stolen. WTF? H O R R I B L E customer service and a flat out scam. I also dont believe all of these positive Google reviews because their Yelp reviews are terrible and more along the lines of what I would expect to read about them.

Why oh why did I not read the reviews before taking my tablet here? If you break your screen on your phone or tablet, save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else. Seriously, the customer service here is absolutely deplorable. I shipped my Surface in for repair. It was delivered and I got a confirmation that it was. A few days later they called me to tell me that my screen was in. Then suddenly, all went quiet. I started calling....and that is where everything went downhill. To make a long story short, they basically told me that they never received my tablet, contrary to what delivery confirmation said. Suddenly, the USPS was at fault for leaving it outside... excuse after excuse. To make it better, a manager NEVER picked up the phone. Always some tech who knew less than nothing about what was going on. These guys are thieves, pure and simple. I am pressing charges and I plan on legal action. But be warned....stay away from these guys!!! Doing business with them is simply not worth your time and effort. Go elsewhere!

Took my iphone 6s there to get screen repaired...I was quoted that it will take up to 2 hours to replace the screen as there were many phones waiting....Chase saw my urgency and stated that he will put me in front of the line and it will take 30 mins....after 30 mins my phone was ready but the fingerprint function didnt work....after Gabriel tested it he stated it will be another 30 minutes to fix the problem of the faulty screen....after the additional 30 mins (now an hour later) I received my phone back and unfortunately it still is not working correctly....the texting key pad is off and every once in a while the screen has a mind of its own and randomly goes from differently icons and functions....I call back today to express the malfunctions and instead of apologizing and sounding concerned Chase started defending their work and the Gabriel was the manager....He also stated that they were rushing to get the phone ready for me....had I known that rushing equals non quality work I would have never mentioned that I was in a rush.

FRADULENT BUSINESS TACTICS & DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP on smart phone screen covers $119.& up. Read YELP reviews repairs not lasting days or some like mine even hours. Repair done 6:30 PM the next day 10:30 am screen cracked where button was located took phone in for defect. There tech took phone to back out of sight & proceeded to pull cover off to check for problem cracked screen worse then was given back to me and told me it would cost another $30 to repair. This scenario is very typical in a lot of reviews I read after I posted my review. By luck I ran into the owner on my way out very upset and he put on the "shatter Proof" screen that runs on the TV in the store. Not even 3 weeks later that screen cracks in the corner in disbelief I call and no one is willing to do anything about the lack of poor quality in work. I asked for Manager Joel or the Owner Rob to call me back for refund and Its a week today and no one has answered my complaint. Lots of people are at the risk of being taken advantage of by this business.

Saif at drcellphone absolutely saved my day and saved for literally 650 DOLLARS. My phone stopped charging so I went over to my local ATT store to see what my options were. Unfortunately I recently canceled my insurance! The gentleman there said the mechanical part was jacked and without my insurance I was basically screwed. DrivIng home I decided to just take the short trip down to drcellphone to see what my options were. Said quickly greeted me, checked the connection, smiled, then took my phone to the back. Within minutes he had my phone charging after a quick cleaning of the mechanical port. Their service is AMAZING!!!! I have been with ATT for twenty years and he didnt take the time to check out the connection properly. After a little corrosion was cleaned my phone is back in excellent shape!!! I recommend this to anyone having phone issues or other computer gadgets related! I will be back if anything happens to my devices and I recommend it HIGHLY anyone else should come here as well! 10/10!,,,,,
