We moved to Verizon few months ago, MO was the representative that signed us up, we upgraded our iphone 6s to the iPhone 7 and was told we get 650$ credit on the old phones and we wont pay for the new phones. After few months which the service and signal was very poor no Metter where we went and we were suppose to get credits which we didnt received, we decided to go back to at&t. Surprisingly we received a final bill of 2 full price new iPhone 7 even though we gave our full paid iphone 6s instead. So basically we were robbed. For 1400$. Plus 189$ of a credit which we were promised ( I have a text msg from Mo as a proof) we tried to speak with the manager of the store, a tall guy, and he waved us off, also because of the different net they use the phones we bought from Verizon doesnt work promptly with AT&T, so the phones are useless. there is a reason why Verizon stores are always empty and AT&T are always packed. Verizon has a very poor service and they are a bunch of thieves!!!

Use caution at this store. We went in for a new I-phone 6s. Everyone was very nice and we got $200 trade in on our old phone. As we were wrapping up and asked where the credit for the trade in was, the staff had to huddle three times to find a "problem" that disallowed the trade in. They said that when they went through their "questions" they decided the battery was swollen. If this was such a common thing, Im not sure why they had to huddle three times. When we complained that we felt like they had been deceptive, to be fair, they offered to undo the whole transaction.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind if you buy a Samsung phone and have a macbook, your life will be inconvenienced greatly for no reason. Apple, Samsung and Verizon have no solutions to why your macbook cant read your Samsung S6 and they all blame each other
