I had the displeasure of visiting the other VZW store on the other side of DNT first. This store was completely different! Such a positive experience. I was helped by an employee named Benjamin. My brother and I came in to see about splitting my account, and each having our own. It turns out that wasnt the best idea and we didnt end up doing that. I know that sales people do not make money when they have to do things like answer our dumb questions and convince us to keep our plan together. Benjamin was great. We came in near closing time and never felt rushed. 10/10 will visit this store again.

I had an awesome shopping experience at this Verizon store yesterday! Benjamin was very knowledgeable helpful and patient with me and I found the store to be immaculately clean and well-stocked with all the latest phones accessories and devices. I chose the Moto Z play and have fallen in love with it over the past 24 hours :-)
