Hello do not recommend this shop manager has nothing professional, not careful to handle Phones destroys not responsible for damage to your phone and it is irresponsible not go to that stores another shop near the party beware. . VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe her name is "Veronica" the supposed "manager" was so rude ! Went in and since I got there she didnt greet and took more than half an hour with ONE person !!! She was talking about her personal problems when she knew there was 3 people waiting for her ! Then I asked her politely " how long do you think you will take" she rudely answered "you can make a payment online" without me even asking ! Will NEVER step foot in this cricket again ! Also not to mention she was talking on the phone with her "friend" Infront of clients ! How unprofessional is that! And one last thing ! She was cursing In front of clients!

This is the best staff. Fast and to the point. Great customer service. If its busy they will try everything to move as fast as they can. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
