Just recently switched to Verizon and was super excited until I had to come in to this store. I came in to this location to trade in my previous i-phone from T-Mobile like customer service over the phone ( who was great by the way) told me to do. I get there stand in line and move forward when they said next person. I then hear the manager say "oh wait this gentleman was in front of you" so I turn around and offer the gentleman to go ahead of me but the manager said "oh wait I found someone else to help him you can go." I proceeded to turn in my phone and I noticed the representative who was helping me by the name of Tara seemed very agitated but I ignored it initially. Tara then asked me whats the "whats the gigs on my phone. " Me being 35 weeks pregnant and just getting off work my memory was a little foggy so I stated " Im not sure let me look" before I could get the sentence out she says " Well we kinda need that to trade in the phone." I then ask her is there an issue here, cause at this point Im fed up with her agitated behavior. She then states " Well yeah you walk in cut in front of people" I told her I did not cut I didnt know he was in line but you can help him first if you like. She then states " I mean he told you someone will be with you but here you just walked up." I then turn to her manager and say can you go get the other gentleman since your employee believes I cut and seems really bothered by it. She then trys to apologize stating oh Im sorry I see that you werent aware that he was in line... however at this point her manager notices her behavior and steps in and takes over. I was shaking I was so upset. Im 30 years old I have no reason to cut in line. The lines werent long and I didnt mind waiting. I left with tears of discouragement and anger because I had never been treated this way when just trying to turn in a phone. I thank the manager who stepped in and tried to save my experience that had unfortunately already been ruined.

The absolute worst customer service!!! If you ask a question about a phone most dont have no clue whats on the phone. I asked about a certain phone the Sony Xperia, this guy NEVER heard of the phone saying Sony never came out with a phone. REALLY!!!! Hollered LITERALLY HOLLERED across the room to ask about a phone they looked clueless then I had to explain to them about the phone, then either they act like they knew of finally understood what I was talking about. If you ask a question your first responce from them is "UHHHHHHHHH, yeahhhhh" or "HMMM I think so". I also asked about if I could see the Samsung 5 and the LG G3, (to get an idea before buying) and surely he SHOWED them to me (thats all I got to do), did I get to mess with the phone, like a child he played with BOTH the enitre time, all while I looked. I asked can I see, he said " let me show you the other one" he played with the device as if he was learning about the product as well. Good luck to those who visit that place.

When recently switching back to Verizon from AT&T, I had a very sub-par experience at a different location. On top of that, the new iPhone I received seemed to have been defective, as it froze often and overheated regularly. Due to the lackluster issues at my original store, I went out of my way a bit to visit this location south of Dallas. What a great decision! Leo and Steve both stayed late working with my wife and I to explain our plan, make adjustments, switch my defective phone, and move my data to the new device. They were exceptionally kind, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Because of them, I cant recommend this location highly enough! Despite a little longer drive, this is now my go-to Verizon store. Ill be back!

Be prepared to be accosted the moment you put a foot in the store. Other than being pestered every 30 seconds it is a good store. They will be definitely be helpful once you indicate you are ready to make a purchase. The problem is that they will not tell you of every alternative available. They will automatically give you the most expensive option they have without mentioning more economical options. Just be informed before you go or be sure to ask a lot of questions. Do not even think of getting any tech help at this location. They will simply try to pawn off a new phone on you. In all fairness, my friends with other carriers say this is their experience in those stores as well.

My experience at this location was terrible. I am very displeased with the quality of service. Robert was unhelpful, rude, and uninterested in performing his job. I will not be returning to this store. I always come to this location due to convenience near my home and the customer service. I am unsure what has changed; normally the employees are swarming to help me with smiles and great attitudes. That was not the case yesterday. Here I am having my contract up in a month and contemplating on leaving Verizon Wireless and I get the poorest customer service ever experienced. I am strongly considering leaving.

Very rude and made me feel incompetent. The rep was belittling me and gave me wrong info. Im on edge and went to pay off program to lower my bill. He said it made no sense to pay off and not edge up, my bill wouldnt be lowered. Whole time I felt like I was 5 and I was being lectured. Ended up paying and leaving them called Verizon. She couldnt believe how I was treated and said yes your bill goes down and not sure why he was giving bad info or how he could treat customers that way. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A CHILD!

This store has truly transformed since I visited two years ago! The service I received was superb! The sales rep, Cesar, was very patient and took his time to explain the all of the plans until we found one that suited my data usage and finances. He was also able to find some awesome promotions for me. The manager, Mr. Randy, was friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this store for any of your Verizon needs. Customer service means EVERYTHING, and this store exceeded all of my expectations.

My experience here at this Verizon store is amazing every time I come. The manager Stephen is an awesome person. Very friendly and is more than willing to help meet your need. The sales associate T was amazing awesome also. She handle my issue and then some. She really went above and beyond her job duties to make sure I was happy. Other times I have came into he store Marlin me Robert have helped me out and they are just as amazingly awesome. Big

My husband and I went in yesterday to upgrade our phones and we got exactly what we wanted and then some. We were helped by an A+++ rep named Juan. He had us in and out in 30 mins. He is super knowledgeable and made the experience pleasant and smooth. Best experience Ive had with upgrading my phone in all the years Ive had a mobile phone. Didnt catch the general managers name, but he was friendly as well.
