Added a 3rd line to my account and the clerk told me I received a $20 credit, The next morning all 3 phones were turned off pending a $20 charge. It took half the day to get an explanation. I do like Cricket system because they are wired on the back of AT&T. They offer flat fees with tax included and you can get 5 phones for $100 total a month. CHECK IT OUT!!
