Just an awful location. Management seems to have a difficult time with the English language and will make little to no effort to understand what it is you wish to accomplish. The assistant manager, Efren Cuenca, was seen pricing items higher than the displayed price. He offered one customer a senior discount, but did not extend this to other seniors that he assisted (yes, I had to wait long enough to notice a trend). And the prices marked are ridiculous compared to online prices. If you find what you need here, just look up the same item on Amazon, or find another retailer; you are guaranteed to find a better price at one of the two alternatives.

I have purchased several items from Batteries Plus Irving location over the years. Have always received great service and good pricing. I actually went online yesterday and purchased 6 8volt golf cart batteries because of the extra 10% off for buying online and choosing in store pickup. What a deal. The 8v golf cart batteries were a great deal here, compared to around 200 at the golf cart store, around 130 before The discount. Will continue to shop here in the future. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Batteries Plus, Beltline Road, Irving, Texas Very good experience. Ordered online and picked up after receiving email that order was ready. VERY NOTABLE: As I was pulling in to the parking area and elderly lady with a walker was very slowly making her way to the door. As I got out and headed to hold the door for her...one of the female employees had already spotted the customer and came out to open the door and provide assistance. Well done as a human and for very compassionate customer service.

Great availabilty for your battery needs but if you are making a purchase be extra sure that you read their cash policy! If you pay with cash they will not refund you your cash they say they will mail you a check in 3 days and it will take way longer! Its not worth the hassle I would rather purchase online! My experience with batteries plus was not a good one as far as my purchase!

Not much to say about the place, they definitely sell batteries and bulbs, although the last time I went here to get a random battery charger the owner seemed pretty pessimistic about his chances of staying open. But on the plus side, they seem to have chargers and batteries for just about everything. Not too sure about their bulbs though.

*Go elsewhere * Horrendous installation charge for even simple installations, and employees dont inform customer they are charging for installation.. They used to not charge for installation ; first Batteries plus Bulbs (or predecessor Batteries Plus) that has ever charged me for installation. Wont shop any Batteries Plus Bulbs again.

The staff is pleasant and seem friendly. Although the reason I am rating them a 2 is because my grandmother was told her battery was good when it actually wasnt. I guess it was them trying to avoid giving her a replacement because she had a warranty.
