Brought my iPhone in because it wouldnt charge, figured it needed a new charging port. The woman working (about 20 min before closing time) tried cleaning the port, which didnt fix it, then told me it looked like it needed a new charging port, gave me a fair estimate of cost, and offered to do it while I waited. She then went in the back and came back about a minute later. She told me she had opened the phone and the charging port was just loose, so she tightened it and it worked fine after tightening it. She then declined any payment for services, just saying she didnt really do anything (despite me insisting she took a broken phone and fixed it). She easily could have replaced the port anyway and charged me just to make some money (and I never would have known the difference) but she didnt--and she fixed my phone for free. She was incredibly pleasant and thanks to her I have a fully functional phone again. What a great human being.

BAIT and SWITCH ALERT! CROOKS! They quoted me a price over the phone of $70. After I dropped off my phone, they called me and raised the price from $70 to $100. without explanation other than "we could have charged $150". Then the "manager" Juan CALLED ME a LIAR. So I asked for the owners business card. The "manager" told me to leave and then threatened to call the POLICE for asking for the owners business card. Very LOW CLASS, SHADY, and DISRESPECTFUL, not to mention they dont know what theyre doing kind of "business". GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I took my iphone 6s for a screen repair, within 2 hours of leaving screen is going crazy selecting random things I didnt press and hanging up on people and sending random messages. Very nice people offered to fix the issue but I rather not risk it just paid for a new phone since I can not risk having a phone that does not work properly it is how I make my money. Wish it would have been fixed right the first time.

I went in to this store today. Marisol was absolutely WONDERFUL! If youre looking for a place that is truly willing to help you and not simply look to get the next buck, this is your store. They went out of their way to help me and diagnose my iPhone issues. Due to the nature of my phone issue, they didnt charge me; however, they were so helpful I paid them anyway. I cannot stress it enough. This place is great.

Horrible store. I went in with my phone in working condition and all I asked for was for my battery to be replaced. They took it in and after a 2 hour wait they said they couldnt fix it and gave me the phone back not working at all. They would not take responsibility for it. I would not recommend this store to anyone trying to get their phone fixed because they cant even do a battery replacement.

Good cell phone repair place, these guys might get busy @ times but they get the job done correctly. I have brought 5 phones with cracked screens and one with a software issue and they pulled it off most of the time on the same day. Dont listen to the one bad review, I dont trust going anywhere else anymore. Ive sent a couple of my friends and they loved it!

Ive used Cell Phone Genius twice before my visit today. I usually always crack my screen. Their rates are very reasonable. Theyre always nice and respectful. They genuinely care for the customer. Their wifi was out and they couldnt send me my receipt through email, so they gave me a free screen protector! I trust them and thats why I continue to go back.

I scheduled an appointment on Sunday at 11am on their website and it stated to put the location you wanted to be seen at. I stated Las Colinas and received my appointment confirmation. Nothing on the site stated the location would be closed that day when I arrived. I drove to the South Irving location and it was also closed...wasted my time and gas

I had an unlock done on an iPhone 5 for my son and it was done within the time-frame promised and at the price quoted. please dont go for these guys, i failed to install the lcd i bought online,i took to them they quoted 70 and kept my fone for three days and gave it back to me saying there was a mother bord problem and it would turn on and chanrged 20 for labour, but when i came home i am able to turn it on,i would rather fix it my self i lost 20 bukcs

I was just out there and they hooked me up after I failed to install a screen I ordered online. They were very friendly and were able to complete it while I waited. I will recommend to my friends with the perpetual broken screen and any other cell issues. Thanks guys! I didnt experience anything like the negative review below?

Took my Galaxy Tab Pro in to see if they could get it to power up again after I tried a few quick DIY fixes. They took it overnight and it was ready the next day. I wouldnt expect that to be the case for ALL repairs, but they were professional, responsive, and priced competitively. Ill be going back for all similar repairs.

I lasted a week thinking it was a big deal to fix my iphone i go to cell phone genius and the guy just took only 10 min to tell me that the phone wouldnt charge or turn on because some stuff were not tighten up well. He thigh-tenet for me and for the best of it he didnt want to charge me anything. Great service!!!

Oh thank you to the "Geniuses"! My Galaxy Tab3 shut off and in 3 seconds they had a solution for the fix. It was in "safe mode". I really lucked out, I thought I was getting a new tablet for sure. Didnt charge me a cent, talk about customer sevice. Very curteous, highly recommend. Good central irving location.

Excellent service and communication. I had an iPhone 6 that was beyond repair, but the staff tried as many possible ways they could think of, and after spending hours trying to fix it they even waived the $25 diagnostic fee because I was a repeat customer. I would highly recommend their services

Excellent service. The young lady in the store advised the issue with my phone was covered under Apples warranty. I previously had the phone inspected by another cellphone repair place that want $140 to just look at the phone.

slower than molasses! Ive waited almost 2 weeks to have a simple charging port repaired! They do have good customer service though! They gave me 50% off, because of the wait! Still better than dealing with Samsung!
