The Adventures of Dan&Stella

While I dont like AT&T in general, this location had pretty good service so thats what Im reviewing here. Three of us came in looking for fifty dollar phones and the smallest family pack we could get. Other people spend gobs of time in there looking at the latest devices for a bajillion dollars and the 5,000 gigabyte plan, and while we had to wait for a rep to be available, when one was available we were treated with just as much respect even though a couple of us knew nothing about phones or tech in general. Kudos to that particular rep, I wish I would have remembered his name. Hopefully the other reps here are as good as he was.

Ive been there in the past with fine assistance.. however today I walked in and not spoken to for about 5 minutes, as the only available worker was helping another customer. Additionally. Theres talking and laughter coming from the back room "employees only" . And finally asked the worker how long it would be. He said 5-10 minutes in an annoyed voice. . Customer service needs some help today

GREAT Customer Service, it was very refreshing to find a store that truly puts the customer first. Having a problem with my home location being in a weak signal area. The AT&T Rep at this store went above and beyond in providing me with a solution for my problem. AT&T is really customer orrented and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a communication solution...

it should be open until 8pm. I went there on 6:50 and the woman who is available said she has to leave for some very random reason and will close the store early. Her attitude is very bad, is that call service???:((((((((((((((((((((((( will not go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employees yawn in your face! Never get questions answered! Employees brush u off & dont want to take the time with customers. I dont like that store. Need good employees.
