I have had quite a bit of trouble for the last 3 months with another Verizon location, and this store, next to my beauty shop, is so helpful. These two ladies, Nirali and Sejal, have been most helpful. They have gone to great lengths and good times and have helped me through some concerns I had with another Salesman at another location. Nothing but 5 stars and thumbs up for this crew that you have running the store at Old Denton and Hebron here in Carrollton, Texas 75010. This was a tremendous assistance for a retired person who did not have the advantage of growing up in the techonology era.

Wow! What a great experience. Verizon customer service had all kinds of issues mistakenly placed in my account. Nirali not only walked me through everything with customer service, explaining everything, but was patient throughout the whole issue handling and made sure everything was taken care of. I ended up upgrading and got a great deal on a new line. Im only going here. You should too!

I brought my family in to upgrade 3 phones. Nirali was excellent with her fun personality and knowledge. She stayed an hour late to help us get everything completed in time for a promotion that expired that day. When I called back later for help she remembered me by name. If you want excellent service with a personal touch, this is the place to go.

Andrea and Nirali helped me without trying to force me. They answered all my questions. And the answers they did not know, they found the answer by calling their team. I am so glad I came here. They are kind enough to help me even though I did not know my passwords. They are friendly and welcoming.

Probably one of the best Verizons I have ever been to. The manager is so helpful and upgraded my phone super fast. She also helped me find a better and cheaper upgrade. She was so patient and kind and also super funny! This is definitely my go-to Verizon location. :-)
