This location used to be nice and respectable as of about a year ago. Now, if you pull up in front of the store you will likely find its employees outside smoking. When Assad (The owner) is out, which now is most of the time, the customer service is non existent. The guys that he has running the store as of 3/5/16 are pretty salty in terms of respectable appearances and courteous exchanges of pleasantries. These guys speak and look like they are running a gas station. Its pretty shabby and lame. The phones on display are dirty and most of them do not work. The current employees, to reiterate, are severely lacking in every aspect. As far as Cricket value goes, the company offers a very nice well rounded package at very reasonable prices, the phone service is excellent. The storefront in The Colony is a joke. Sorry Assad, find better employee only this time be more selective, and a word of advise, take care of your good employees and your good employees will take care of you.

I would highly recommend this location. Asad and Clay were awesome and helped me through the difficulties I was facing when porting my number from Straight Talk to Cricket (it was a Straight Talk issue that was very difficult to track down). I originally visited the Cricket location on Montford in Dallas (you can see my review of them) and found their customer support to be terrible. I was ultimately able to get my number ported over after Asad helped me. Thank you Asad! I would highly recommend this location and its definately worth the drive over if you are not in the area!
