I took an Iphone 4 in to have its screen replaced and was told it would be one-half hour, which it was for the first botched attempt. The correct parts werent on hand, so the store manager tried to bamboozle me into accepting a screen of a different color. After another 90 minutes that screen was apparently one that didnt fit for the carrier I was using. I was called to the kiosk and offered a discounted case for the long wait. This was an attempt to disguise another mistake. I discovered a visible space between The phones glass the main body of the phone. The home button wouldnt press in at all. More attempts at bamboozling me into paying like a used car salesman until I asked for the broken screen to be placed back on the phone for no charge. Im currently still sitting next to the kiosk waiting, on hour 3. Poor customer service, store manager likes to interrupt me as I speak and talk over me without listening to what Im requesting. This is my first Google review Ive had to leave, unfortunately its extremely negative. Pay the extra 20 dollars, go someplace else where they dont break your phone even more and then try to charge you 65 dollars.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I got my phone screen (iPhone 6) fixed this past summer. Immediately after I got it fixed I noticed that my LED screen was being pinched in certain areas and caused weird light spots on my screen. I chose to ignore it because if wasnt that large of a deal. But now, less than 6 months later my phone is falling apart. One of the screws came loose and fell out, so now my screen is actually coming off of my phone. Even with a nice, protective, rubber case I am worried about my phone breaking. So they may have given me a new screen but just a few months later and IT IS FALLING OFF OF MY PHONE. I have had a nice case on it the whole time so its not normal wear and tear - it is workers who are bad at doing their job. I just got off the phone with this company expecting at minimal an apology and at best a refund or offer to fix the issue for a reduced cost. I received horrible service. The man who answered asked no questions, gave ZERO apologies, and told me I would have to come in and have it fixed for full price. I will never use this company again and I urge you to take your electronic needs to another store.

DO NOT GO HERE. I needed my iphone screen repaired so I thought it was great there was a place in the mall that would fix it. I went here and got my screen repaired for $200. It took 2 hours. 2 months later my screen cracked and my whole screen went black. I took it to the apple store in San Diego and they told me that the screen was poorly fixed and because it was not done by an Apple retailer, I would have to go somewhere else. They suggested a place to me so I went there. They told me they could fix my screen in 30 minutes and it would cost $85. Keep in mind that my screen is even more damaged than it was the time before. Cellairis of Fargo had taken PIECES OUT OF MY PHONE. My phone couldve been fixed if those pieces were there. I had to but a brand new phone because of Cellaris. This company has poor skills and no ethics. Do not spend your money or waste your time because in they end it will cost you more money and time.

After damaging my iPhone by leaving it in the sun for too long, I needed a new screen. AT&T in the mall told me that Cellairis did some repairs and I should try them. I had Cellairis put a new screen on which cost $100. After that I had multiple issues with it. Tried to get my money back, but they said the screen was already on my phone and they couldnt resell it if they took it off. Took it to Cell Cylce and he told me they pretty much butchered my phone. Screws missing, speaker cable was damaged(therefore no sound on my phone), the screws were not in correctly, other cables were damaged. I got the phone two months ago so it had never been opened. Very poor technical knowledge at Cellairis along with poor business ethics. Still in the process of trying to get my money back.

I was sold a case that had a crack in it. Upon realizing it later that day I made an attempt to return it. The associate running the register said quote " How do I know you didnt just go throw it out on the highway?". I was refused service and the ability to return a defective product I was sold. When I asked to return it again they threatened to call mall security and have me thrown out. I will never shop there again. I urge anyone who is looking for a phone accessory to avoid being scammed by this sub-par enterprise.

While I was walking through the mall I stopped at Cellairis and what came of that was absolutely horrible customer service, lack of attention, and the lady did not even stand up to talk to me. I went on to ask if she could just point to where my cell phone was located I would look myself but she did not. By far the worst person to hire ever for a company. The guys in the food court actually stood next to me and helped me out which took all but 5 minutes, they have my return business and not cellairis.
