We have had AT&T for over 10 years and this is by far the absolute worse location I have ever experienced. I tried to go to the location on Park & Preston, which gave excellent service, but it was closed down. So was the location on Park and the Tollway. So I was left with this pathetic location to try to get assistance for our phone. I walked in and can see that everyone in a blue shirt is with someone. The African American woman in a white shirt and AT&T badge is looking at her IPad and never utters a word. I am standing around waiting while a man named Kelsey straggles around uttering a couple of words to the people in blue. Walks past me numerous times but will not make eye contact with me to save his life. No one ever says Hi or someone will be with you, NOTHING. I wait and I wait and I wait, I step up to the counter and wait some more, Kelsey keeps walking past making sure to not make eye contact with me and finally takes an IPad over to the door to stand by the woman standing at the door being paid as a wallflower I suppose. I stare at them as if to say, are you going to help me? They look up, whisper, look here and there, whisper. I finally walk up to them as it is obvious they will not utter a single sound at me and ask Kelsey if he could please help me. He refuses to look at me and mumbles "Whatcha need"? WOW, how unprofessional can you be? Please tell me that these two pathetic associates in white shirts are not managers. I can only assume that AT&T is so full of itself because they have what people want regardless of how they treat people that they get away with such disgusting behavior and complete and utter disregard for customer service. Why would anyone pay these associates a penny for what a kindergardener could do better? Is the company so out of touch, lacking in training or coaching so severely that they let this go? I say let this go because I have read other bad reviews online and obviously whoever is over these individuals isnt doing thier job either by not holding them accountable or are totally oblivious to what is going on in thier store. I started out having a great day until I came in there. Of course he said we need a new phone because he is useless and cant do anything, but I will be sure not to allow a single cent to pass through that store from us. Walmart would have been a better choice. We will be taking our money there.

Stay AWAY from this store if you are looking for quality and honesty. The untrained employees sold me an "international" phone and plan that left me without communication in a third world country??? Upon my return to Dallas I learned from another AT&T location that the unused "international phone" only functioned in the US.... My next immediate transaction with this store, was when I purchased a new phone for my son. We were promised ease and assistance if by chance my family chose to exchange the new device. It was explained to me I would be responsible for a small restocking fee and it had to be completed within a certain timeframe, etc.... sounds good?? RIGHT??? LIE #2... When we attempted to exchange the device WITHIN THE ALLOTED TIMEFRAME, the Store Manager refused to honor what was promised and was EXTREMELY rude and verbally disrespectful to me and my kids. I called customer service and was told that the Store Manager of this store noted to my AT&T file NOT TO HELP ME if and when I attempted to call them as an escalation point. Unbelievable! I wouldnt expect anything less from the immature, untrained "Store Manager" of this location. 3 rd most memorable moment / experience at this location was when the alarms were set off on devices from a customer accidently setting them off. Normal procedure is for the "manager/key holder" to turn the ear piercing alarm off with her keys, but she was no where to be found... aka GONE FOR THE NIGHT??? WHAT?!?!?! Those of us in the store had to listen to the ear piercing alarm because the "Store Manager" was more concerned with going home early then closing the store and verifying all the customers transactions were complete. My family will not be using this store for our future AT&T needs... Word to the wise, STAY AWAY from this location.

Im a fan of ATT but not a fan of this location and the individuals who run it. My phone wasnt able to charge and I asked for help. I told Charlotte, the manager, that I didnt want to go a day without my phone due to the fact that I was currently in the process of buying a new home. It was very important for me to have access to my phone. She told me that if I didnt buy a phone that I would have to wait five to ten days to get a new one. I told her that I didnt want either of those options and that I needed help getting my phone fixed. She then tells me, "If youre not going to buy a new phone then youre not helping yourself" and gives me a smirk. I thought to myself, I DONT WANT TO SPEND ANOTHER 500 ON A PHONE. So I ask for her name and then I also look over to the gentleman who helped me previously (Tim) and all I get is a smile from both of them after telling me that Im not helping myself. What kind of customer service is this? They are supposed to help me fix my phone! Not once did they even look at the phone to troubleshoot it. As a manager and as experienced individuals they should have tried multiple troubleshooting methods before advising me to buy a new phone. The funny thing is that I went to the ATT store at Stonebriar Mall and they literally grabbed my phone, changed a few settings, rebooted it, and then it worked again. So not only does Charlotte have no idea what she is doing but she also has awful customer service by pointing at the customer and telling them that its their fault that the issue hasnt been resolved. Worst experience EVER. Do not go to this location. There are other locations that have a friendlier/more knowledgeable staff.

My overall experience was excellent, our AT&T Representative was awesome (Shannon). She explained everything and answered all my questions. She asked if we would like to change to Direct TV and I stated not at this time since we were upgrading out phones. She said ok but when we decide to change over to come back and see her. Then the manager (Sarah OHagan) of the store decides that she needs to jump into the conversation and starts asking me the same questions that we had already been through. She was pushy, rude and pertinent, I stated to her that we where doing one thing at a time and would come back later. I was so angry I almost just said never mind with the upgrade and was going to walk out. She then realize that I was not happy and walked away. I will go back when I need anything but if Sarah OHagan is in the store when I go I will leave and come back at a later time. Maybe someone needs to have a sit down w/her. Thank you
