I dont even know where to start against this business...The managers name is Ali. Hes a complete asinine fool, who has absolutely ZERO respect for his customers. If you ever engage in conversation with him, he will always cut you off, and never let you say what you want to say, or ask the questions you want to ask. I took my phone in on the morning of June 24th, it was a Wednesday. I took it in because it was one of the few places that did water damage repair in the area. There was one other employee there, much younger, and he later tried helping me as much as possible. Ali told me that since I put my phone in rice, there was a possibility that it could just be a screen malfunction, based on the fact that my phone was still making noises, vibrating etc. To me, what I heard from him, was it would take two days to get any kind of resolution for water damage, not necessarily fix the screen. I call the next day, Thursday afternoon, to try and get an update, and Ali practically starts yelling at me informing me that itll take two days...period. So I wait...Friday, no phone call, Saturday I call a little aggravated. I inform them that I am active duty military stationed in Alaska, and I will be leaving first thing Monday the 29th to drive back to Houston for my flight. They informed me it would be ready later that day, and I would receive a phone call. No call....everything I saw and found said this business was closed Sunday, so first thing Monday morning, I went to the store to get my phone. I later found out, the business is actually open on Sunday, so I thought my phone should definitely be ready at this point. Ali wasnt there, so I dealt with the younger employee, and for the life of me, I cant remember his name. I find that a damn shame, because he actually tried helping me, and Ali was a complete ass. Anyway, I ask for my phone, and it STILL wasnt fixed, and was told it would be fixed a little later this afternoon. They told me that it was just the screen needing to get fixed and the water damage was taken care of. I snapped a little because when they found that out, I was promised a phone call as well....the younger employee calls Ali, to try and find my phone. Turns out, he couldnt even locate my phone, but was able to tell me it was still taken apart. I was then handed the phone to speak with Ali. Again, Ali wanted to be extremely rude, and interrupt me on the phone so much to the point of where I hung up on him. All I was asking him to do was fix my phone, and I gave him enough of a heads up that I needed it done by a certain time. I told him either refund me every dollar that I paid for a diagnostic and give me my phone back (which he ended up doing when my dad had to go pick up my phone, but no refund....) or he could keep my money already spent, and fix my phone for free. Ali wanted to yell, and interrupt over the phone, and I flat out hung up on him. Not only to mention my story, but Ali had SEVERAL times, quoted me one price, then all of a sudden raise the price for the same service a couple hours later. He was notorious for telling me that it would only cost one thing, then leave out the price for a bunch of other things, and try to tell me at the very last minute. Absolutely TERRIBLE business, TERRIBLE customer service. I honestly feel sorry for the younger employee working there. Ali is not a person to work for, interact with,and certainly not give your business to. I hope this helps at least some of you.

If I could rate it negative stars I would. Not only did the repair take longer than promised, I was given cheap knock off equipment. The phone was 2 months old when I took it there. When it was returned it looked 3 years old! Cracks in the plastic on all 4 corners and a huge scratch on the glass. Save your $$ and go somewhere that stands behind their work and cheap parts! CUSTOMER DID NOT break phone....phone self-destructed while putting case on. NICE TRY!!! Follow up: decided to get a refurb phone from some place reputable so I ordered one from T-Mobile. For $200 I got an S4 that I have owned for 3 weeks and does self destruct while putting the case on. AMAZING what happens when you dont get a phone from a dirty dealer. I hope everybody learns from all the other bad posts on this....avoid this store!

My father and I have been up there many times getting his iPhone 5S screen replaced. I was wanting to upgrade my phone from a HTC android so I have about an iPhone he said he had an iPhone 5s for $275 or a 5 for 225. Me not having much money I took the less-expensive version. My experience overall 1 out of 10 give me a 10+ hes one of the best guys I know about repairing phones. Need to get your phone repair or service done do it or just want a newer phone with little to no dealer markup and costs then go to this guy right here. He will not waste your time or money. If he cant fix it hell let you know. He is the go to guy for phone repair. As long as he is in business hes got a customer for life. As far as Im concerned

This place is absolutely amazing! From there acceptance of walk-ins, anytime, to their customer hospitality, and most importantly their timely manner on repairs, this place is a life saver! They will pretty much repair any smart phone, they are all about customer service, and making sure their customers leave happy. These people are great!!! If anyone is searching for any of the repairs they offer, which by the way is a very wide variety, you should with out a doubt, hand down, put your full and complete trust in these guys!! PS...These guys also sell and buy a range of digital gadgets and accessories!!!!

Im going to leave this short and sweet, we called just a second ago to refer literally 10+ clients to them and the rude person(In words I wont say) literally called me a mother f$#$$r saying I was bugging them on a call less than 30 seconds and FIRST TIME?!?!?!??? The hell with this place. UPDATE 6:06PM June 9th. Now they are calling multiple time sand have threatened me TWICE saying "Youre gonna wish you didnt do that mfer" and "Im coming for you now mfr".... We called the Plano Police Department and guess what the cell place did... Calls me from a different phone to continue his threats.

I went to this shop because they were right next door to the Sprint store that I had to get my old blackberry curve activated from since I broke my Samsung Galaxy Note phone. The guy there was really nice and told me I could come by and pick up my phone after work. Turns out Ali also sells used phones at his shop at a great price. I ended up picking up an iphone 5 and a couple of Cowboys cases at a great price when I went to pick up my Samsung (which I must say looked pretty much brand new after the repairs). Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends!!!
