I came into Celltech basically asking for directions to an Apple store to fix my iPhone and the salesperson (Zee) was extremely kind and offered to take a look at the phone when I told him Id been having battery issues after dropping it. Without charging me, he opened the phone and was actually able to fix it himself! I then bought a charger from him and he opened it before purchase to ensure it worked with my phone. Fantastic client service, really friendly and caring. Will definitely return here with any phone issues of for a pretty new case, of which they have many! Thanks Zee!

I was there to repair my iPhone. The service was fast (about 30min) and the staff was friendly. My phone has been repaired (new screen). The new one works better, but the brightness is somehow broken (even at highest brightness, it is hard to see something at sunlight). They wanted to have my PIN which I didnt understand (I know businesses to repair phones without PINs, but unfortunately not around here). In addition: Dont rely on the website! I got completely different prices on repairing.

I was in Dallas on January 28th to celebrate my birthday. Somehow I dropped and cracked my phone while skating at Galleria Dallas. I happen to find Cell Tech and they fixed my screen less than an hour for reasonable price. The people working there were super nice to help me find better case that will help from breaking my screen. Gash!!! they have wide variety of selection to pick for cases for almost every phone. I am glad I found cell tech.

BEWARE Terrible company. Came in with a broken screen and they broke my home button and said tough luck. Contacted the boss and he said hed have it fixed. They didnt and they ended up just trying to give me $200 and TAKE MY PHONE. Phone is worth well over double that. The employee then insulted me and wasted a lot of my time. Extremely unprofessional and hostile business that has zero respect for their customers.

My husband had come in to get his screen replaced. About a couple of days after he got his screen fixed, his phone stopped working. He opened the back of his phone and noticed that there was curry smeared in it, which the employee had been brought curry at the time by a friend of his. We do not plan on coming back to this store.

Saw their reviews on google and yelp and decided to try Cell Tech out. Happy to report that the experience was great! The store is beautiful so there is plenty to do while they quickly repair. My screen was broken and they fixed it under 30 minutes! Highly recommended A+!

I went here twice! First time was okay ish! The second time I had my screen replaced now its coming off of my phone itself! I mean just horrible I spent a lot of money just so my screen could come off? What the hell is this!

The service was excellent and quick. I broke my cellphone screen and it was fixed in a very short time. I was expecting a huge bill but surprisingly they charged me a very reasonable price.
