Went in to have a phone charger jack replaced. Didnt have the part, have to order it. Ok. Go back few days later, Well.....part supplier was out, ordered from a secondary source, part will be here Thursday. Ok. Go in at 130 pm Thursday.....got a lot of work. Well start on it at 5 pm. Go back at 630. Uhhhh.....Samsung tech isnt here till tomorrow. Young man said youd start on it at 5. Uhhh.....he did? Give me the part and Ill go elsewhere. Our policy doesnt allow that. Ok....give me my money back. They did. I used to get all my repairs done here, my phone and 3 children. Not anymore. Took the phone to TPhone, less than a mile away on Virginia Pkwy. Fixed in 30 minutes. Dr. Smartphone should get some malpractice insurance ...they need it.

The employees do not care about doing their job professionally. What was supposed to be a two hour job turned into a two day job because they did not notice the screen they ordered for my phone was broken until after they had already removed the original broken screen. My phone is a big part of my job, and this was a huge inconvenience to both me and my employer. Not to mention I never received a single phone call to let me know that the screen had come in, that there was defective part, or that it was ready for pick up. All of this on top of the ridiculous 300 dollar bill, which was only discounted ten dollars due to the horrible service, I would have been better off buying a brand new phone. Save your time and money, and go elsewhere.

I want to compliment William!! 2 times I have been there within a 2 day period. First, my phone was dropped in water. I saved it with rice, but the next day the phone jack wouldnt connect. Took it in and there was a piece of rice stuck in there, he got it out, and didnt charge me! Then my sons phone shattered. He was able to put a face screen on it so he could back up his contacts and a game he loved. They usually charge $45 for labor, but he only charged us $20. The reason is because he hooked up the screen for him but my son did all the work! He is a super nice guy and is willing to please and fair!! Thanks William!!!

Decent customer service but the Iphone replacement screen/digitizer is so cheap that I had to return 3 different times for them to "replace it". I continued to have issues so it will be easier for me to have Apple do the repairs with their QUALITY parts. Very frustrating to have your phone trying to make calls and activate when listening to music and trying to work on the farm.
