This location sold my wife a defective phone on 06/08/2015. She returned it shortly thereafter and they agreed it was defective (and refurbished, which she was never told!). When she returned it she decided to upgrade from a Note 3 (which is what the defective phone was) to a Note 4, and also purchased a Tablet! I noticed on my last bill that she / I was charged a $50.00 "restocking fee", so I called the store and asked why a customer of over 15 years was being charged a "Restocking Fee"; what did they plan on doing, punt it back on the shelf? THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER LOYALTY!!! The assistant Manager (Katy/Katie) was NO HELP at all, and said Greg, the store manager would be in later and she would tell him about. I asked her to explain what motivated her to treat a "long term, loyal customer this was. All she kept saying was "Ill talk to Greg". I have been in the Customer Service business for over 30 years. If someone like her ever "somehow" got hired with the company I represent... SHE WOLD GET FIRED!!! No Questions Asked! They always say the calls are recorded; but are they ever listened to? I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN! And I am going to relay this occurrence to all my "on-line" connections (which are in the Thousands!) By the way, T-Mobile "611" IMEDIATELY gave me a credit, and apologized for her behavior! Through the MANY other wireless services (which are Much cheaper, with better ratings) Sometimes I wonder if my "loyalty" is due to who and what I am, and has Nothing to do with the service I receive. I think that would mean Im being "foolish". I think its time for a change!

This stores employees are something else. Im not sure what or who decides who gets to work here: theyre doing their job wrong. Im sorry to sound harsh, yet to be fair, thats the nicest way to say it. The employees always, and I mean always, try to sell you some worthless accessories for nearly triple the price of a comparable item on Amazon. Especially that Mexican-looking fellow with the black beard. Avoid him. Plain and simple. Plus, the employees always mess something up. One example out of the countless screwups theyve had would be returning a phone that I had sent in a phone for repair to a 40-min. away T-mobile location in Dallas. And nothing was done about this even after 3 phone calls and an email to Customer Service. Speaking of Customer Service, thats a phrase that the employees here never learned in their accelerated reading class. This store is an absolute shame to the T-mobile brand.

This location had 12 people in the back while 1 guy was trying to handle 10 people. After atleast 30minutes of waiting. 10 people come out from the back like they had all been playing Xbox or Happy Hour. Even if it was a team meeting. Help your customers first when your that busy. Also, the employees always take forever, I see many people walk out of here every time I go in. Its a horrible experience every time we go. Should have listened to my Dad and gone to At&T. Nevertheless, they still couldnt help my girlfriend in the end with a simple issue, even after the manager was called because the employee, while making us wait, said she would be able to do it. Their list system is no good. I would have given it 0 stars if I was able to on poor customer service all together. Sad. In the neighborhood this place is located you would think it would be opposite.

Aaron took great care of my upgrade. My LG G2 phone was accidentally dropped and I brought it in. No appointment or anything. Aaron took my phone (the screen was cracked and wasnt responding to touch) he plugged in a mouse and wham-o! He was able to save all my contacts, apps, and pics (helped that I remembered my gmail account) and transferred them to a brand new Samsung Galaxy S6. Great customer service and he acknowledged my 12 yrs of being with T-Mobile. I didnt think most of these phone companies cared about customer loyalty...but Aaron thanked me for staying with them. After all was said and done, paying off my G2 was cheaper than the deductible from JUMP! so I paid off the G2 and got the Galaxy S6, Aaron explained all the new features and I was on my way. That Aaron guy deserves a raise!

I would definitely stop by this store if you want 1) No customer service whatsoever, 2) Misinformation about phones and the "Jump" program just so they sell you things you dont need, 3) Terrible support in case youre having issues with your phone. Theres a mex guy with a full beard here (I doubt Google will allow reviews with names) Avoid him like the plague. Hell say he can transfer your data from your old phone to the new one then when he cant do it hell say something like "Oh were just doing it as a courtesy were not tech support." Okay fine then dont pretend you know how to do it then lie about it just so you can sell a phone and make commission. This guy doesnt even know how the "Jump" program really works, hes totally clueless and needs to go back to training, seriously.

This location (Store # 4551) is AWESOME!!! Julie and Omar are AMAZING!!! They helped us with our most recent purchases, going above and beyond in customer service. They were very informative and knowledgeable on products and services offered, making sure we got the best deal available to our family. Hal has been a wonderful help by adding our daughters first phone to our account and with past issues dealing with customer service over the phone. Debbie, Jesus, Scott and Regan are very helpful as well. Our family highly recommends this T-Mobile store. My only recommendation is to schedule your trip to the store during the week as they are busy during the weekend.

Great store, awesome professional staff. I recently went there three times as I switched 7 lines from another carrier to T-Mobile and the staff took care of all the things from explaning the plan options (thnx Juliane for your in depth knowledge of all the options), setting up the account and porting the numbers (thnx Jesus), unlocking my old iPhone (thnx Chris), transferring contacts from a old phone/sim to the new phone (thnx Erin). Every time I went the staff was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this store for a fast and accurate customer service.

There are some really nice and helpful people at this store. But be very careful with who you deal with here. We were initially helped with very friendly and professional gentleman. Then someone else continued with our transaction. The new guy was annoyingly pushy with addon sales like cases etc. We didnt purchase anything extra. A month later we get a bill for Phone protection insurance. We never authorized this. T-mobile headquarters should take lessons from Wells Fargo and stop any incentives for pushy and unauthorized sales.

I called this store because I had an unpleasant experience at another location. I dont like the phone that was reccommended to me and I was asking a lot of questions about other phones. Pretty reasonable to be asking customers service and SALES representatives these questions. The representative became annoyed very quickly and becan to be rude to me and groaned when I asked what phones they had in a specific prove range. Sorry to bother you and ask you to do your dang job. Meanie.
